Adam's Ocean Front Motel

We had the best time at the doodle Romp! staying at the hotel was perfect... they accommodated us whatever we needed.. it's clean!!!! price was good they gave you a little breakfast in the morning, coffee pastries, fruit, we really enjoyed ourselves!!! and we'll be going back down in a couple weeks. You must come down & stay @ Adam's ⛱ you'll enjoy yourself, trust me!!! We even stayed two extra nights we didn't want to leave....lol it was so nice!! The staff was friendly everybody was just wonderful!!😁👍

2nd time staying in the Motel, put in a request for same room, next to ice machine (love my ice).
Had my sister's booked for upstairs also very nice, loved the view from the balcony.
Now booked a villa for next year!
Is it next year yet? Lol

We had stayed at this place before. We were in Dewey last week and the place we rented screwed up the week and our unit was occupied when we arrived. We went to Adam's and there were rooms and a villa available. We chose the villa and it was AWESOME!! Highly recommended this place. The villas are beautiful and the staff is outstanding. Definitely give this place a try, you won't regret it!

I work with front desk people. They are always amazing, even when they are busy, they help me to get what I need. And it is very apparent that making customers feel at home is what they do on a regular basis. If I had to get a hotel 8n Dewey, that is where I would!

Very clean rooms and the staff were so nice and helpful. I loved how close we were to the beach, it made our vacation easy and fun since I had my two little ones with us. Also the pool was beautiful!

This is an excellent place to stay, right on the beach! You just cannot beat the view you see when waking up and pulling back the curtains to see the sun hitting the ocean. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. All of the employees I talked to were polite. The parking lot was full of cars but I rarely noticed the other occupants. I really appreciated hearing nothing but the crashing of the waves. There are great places to eat within walking distance, definitely do not miss Nalu’s. We loved our stay here and we can’t wait to come back again!

Great view from 3rd floor. We enjoyed our stay here and our complaints are minimal. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly, especially the gentleman who made our reservation. We had difficulty unlocking our door each time because of rust - realized we had to pull the knob forward and then it opened.

You can’t book online, only over the phone. I actually think this is not secure considering my credit card number is written down multiple places on paper. It’s an old system and should not be done that way anymore.

Room was clean but there definitely is a musty smell. I’m beginning to wonder if that’s just normal for most hotels around here.
Rates vary greatly- you could pay as little as $119 or up to $335 per night depending on time of year. The walls are thin and the bed creaks, but we were in a conjoined room so that could contribute.
We would stay here again because Dewey Beach is wonderful and we loved sitting on the rocking chairs and watching the waves.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Everyone is very nice and understanding. I love that it’s still on the beach, rooms are clean and simple but the beds are so fluffy and comfortable. Old school key system reminds me of being a kid on vacation.

Nice motel! We stayed on the third floor and had a nice view of the ocean. Loved the rocking chairs, made a great place to sit out late at night. A little tight for four people who each overpacked, but that's on us. Great proximity to beach access and we had no issues parking - but we were only allowed one car; fortunately it was the off season so no big deal for close street parking but something to be aware of. Surprisingly spacious bathroom.

We last minute booked for only two nights. Because of how amazing the motel was, and the beach, we extended our stay by a night! We loved how clean, and at home they made you feel. The kitchens of the villas were spacious. I definitely will be booking again for next year!

Great spot on the beach. Great location, clean and cozy, price is right. Only complaint is the bright lighting on the balcony outside the rooms that attracts bugs but not a deal breaker. If we visit Dewey again we will definitely stay here.

I stayed in both a regular room and a villa over the course of the trip. The rooms were clean. The staff were awesome and the views/location are awesome. With the nature of 2020, please be nice to the staff, they have enough to deal with without having to deal with grumpy guests.

I have 0 complaints! The location is PERFECT! The staff members were so kind and friendly! The rooms were clean and bright! Can’t wait to book my stay next year!

Great place to stay if you need a nice, clean room without a million amenities, and at a reasonable rate. Oceanfront, pool, pet friendly, friendly staff, comfortable balconies with rocking chairs. We have stayed here twice and will be coming back again.

Outstanding service, beyond helpful. Clean, steps from a lovely beach, fabulous pool, and the best night life within a few short blocks. The room was spacious and very comfortable. They have thought of everything to make a beach vacation fun and affordable. Thank you, Adams Ocean Front Motel.

We stayed here this past weekend. So clean! oceanfront view is beautiful. very relaxing to sit out front on the rocking chairs. close to everything in Dewey. Quick drive to Rehoboth but there is also a trolley that goes back and forth.

Clean rooms and ocean view. While the rooms are a little small, we were there to be on the beach. The lovely deck afforded ocean views and rocking chairs for relaxation. And at the price, it really is a great value.

Great experience! First time staying here. Very friendly staff, convenient location, pet friendly and affordable. Can’t wait to go back in July and stay in the Villas. Huge thanks to Bonnie at the front desk, such great hospitality.

If you're looking for a small cosy room with two beds ,it's the place for you. It's beach facing , amazing rooms , pet friendly, nice and mid sized outdoor pool. Loved the stay , it's a fabulous place to put up- I would absolutely love to come back.
