My massage including CBD oil was magnificent! Christine was very thorough, focusing on my few areas of pain for a full hour. I will definitely return!

For about 3 years I’ve been going to Christine Hopkins in Lewes for massages. From tendinitis to a rotator cuff injury she has helped me & some others I have referred her to with similar injuries. Today when I walked in I could not lift my arm over my head. She worked with me & shared an exercise I could use to strengthen the area in question. I’m not going to say it was the most pleasant feeling but I’m already in better shape.

We went for the couples massage and the staff did an amazing job. We went in with aches and pains and left perfectly relaxed and pain free. The chocolate truffles and champagne were a nice ending to a great experience. Thank you Exhale Spa for an amazing experience.

My husband treated me to a surprise get away to Lewes Delaware. He booked a couple's massage in this sweet little spa located in our hotel. The place is very tiny but very cute and will designed for the space. The music that played during our service was relaxing and enjoyable. The quality of the service was excellent. The service providers were clearly experienced and did an amazing job to the point where I actually fell asleep which I don't think I've ever done before. I highly recommend this wonderful spa.

My husband and I had an excellent experience. We got a couples massage and left feeling extremely relaxed.. I would definitely recommend this place. Absolutely no complaints from either of us. They did talk to us once, then a text the day before to confirm we were coming! The woman massaged my husband, and Tony massaged me, he did an excellent job. We were impressed.

My boyfriend and I are here on vacation and stumbled upon this spa. We are so happy we did. We both had massages. He went with deep tissue and I had Swedish (I had Danielle) and we both agreed that this was hands down the best massages we have ever had. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing massage, relaxing environment and friendly staff.

Both my wife Barb and I have personally used the services at Ocean Retreat with amazing results. Christine has a established a very relaxing environment in one of Delaware's best kept secrets.. Lewes. Outstanding health and wellness facility and we highly recommend checking it out when in the area.

Beautiful place, great services. My daughter and I saw Nic for hair and followed him to this salon/spa. Had the usual great haircut from him in a relaxing and beautiful setting. Daughter had a facial with Rebecca and was thrilled. Look forward to going back!! Bonus is the location in Lewes, walking distance to great restaurants to complete your day!!

I book massages with Kelley Coherd a few times a year when I visit family in Rehoboth. I have had massages in 4-star resorts and in huts in Thailand and Kelley is hands-down the best masseuse I have ever had. She's attentive and actually adjusts the massage to your preferences, unlike most masseuses who ask which areas they should concentrate on and then just give you their standard massage.

The Ocean Retreat Day Spa is a delight! I love the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff. I received a massage and body scrub, a deluxe mani/pedi (which included paraffin wax) and a haircut from Panda. I will be back many more times in the future.

Christine is my go-to for keeping my lower back in check - her understanding of fitness and CrossFit make her invaluable for helping improve mobility and recovery after heavy training. Highly recommend.
