Cut It Out Barber Shop And Salon

I've rarely given a five-star rating, but this one is well-deserved for several reasons:

#1. As a first time customer, I'd forgotten about the "cash only" policy and walked into the shop with little money in my wallet. When I explained that to Phillip, he said not to worry, I could return to pay latter. Who gives that kind of trust the first time meeting?

#2. Repeating other reviewers, this has to be the cleanest barber shop EVER.

#3. Although reserved, Phillip was polite and extremely professional. He gave me an excellent scissor cut, quite possibly the best haircut I've had in years.

This was my first visit to "Cut it out" and I walked in and received a wonderful old style scissors haircut. Phillip was fast, very accurate and efficient. I think this is the cleanest barber shop I have ever been in. Also, the best haircut I have received in several years. My wife was thrilled with my haircut for the first time in several years. Kudos to Phillip. I now have a new barber.

I was very happy to have come across this barber shop. I was visiting family over the 4th of July weekend, and I was referred to this shop. The atmosphere was very nice. The owner greeted me as soon as I walked in and told me, he'd be right with me. I could tell in my interactions with Philip ( the owner ), that he loved what he does for a living. He had listened to what style I was looking for, and made sure that everything was to my liking. I am very happy with my experience at Philip's shop, and will be returning, when I'm back in town. Though I’ve lived in Millsboro for 18 months, just discovered Philip and was impressed by his precision scissor cut. He’s a professional who gives focus and to his craft, has a soft touch and a welcoming manner. I’ll be back to see Philip for all my haircuts.

When I moved to Millsboro I needed to find a Barber and found Cut it up Barber Shop in Longneck.The first time I went there I was greeted by a very nice gentleman named Philip and who was the owner also.The place looked super clean and it was beautifully decorated. While he was cutting my hair we quickly got Acquainted with one another. He really has a great sense of humor and super nice. When he cut my hair for the first time I didn’t even have to explain in detail , he did it better than I ever expected .I have definitely found the right Barber to cut my hair and hopefully for many years to come. What a great find…a small local barbershop right around the corner! Great haircut at such a reasonable cost it hard to believe. Phillip is a total professional and while the haircut is great I’m not sure that I don’t enjoy my visits and talks with him just as much.

Probably one of the best haircuts I have had in 15 years. It was a scissor cut as opposed the chains who just buzz you. Phillip gets busy. I was there at 9:45am and I had 4 men behind me! I totally recommend him!

Took awhile to find a good hair cut when i moved here from ny. Seemed none of the barbers knew how to use scissors lol. Well found phillip and I've been going there evet since. Does a great job and is a very nice person

It was a surprise to find a barber that took so much pride in his work. From the warm greeting you receive when you walk in to the attention to detail on the finished product. In wold full of in and out franchises where you are merely a number this place is a good change from the new normal. Great job!
