Love Sherry she is such a great business women, she provides the best customer service we love to come buy with Sherry. I’ve never seen anyone be able to multitask and sell like her. If you want to come get some fly shoes come see Sherry.

I went into purchase shoes that match a purse that I bought a few days before. I ended up walking out with four pairs of shoes and two pair will be mailed to my house because they weren't in stock and the ordered them for me. They had a lot of you just can't resist type of sales.

My experience at SM this past week was amazing. The manager, Sherry, was super helpful and made some great suggestions for me, so much that the next day, I wore a pair of shoes I bought and they were so comfortable that I just had to call the store and let them know! Sherry picked up the phone, and she remembered me from the day before. She was genuinely happy for me and my new pair of shoes, and I told her I'd be back soon to purchase some more footwear.

Wow!!! We had a great shopping experience with Sherry today! I can't remember the last time I was treated so professionally. I thought those days were gone, but I bought 5 pairs of shoes because she helped me find styles that work and the best deals.

I called this store yesterday night and I had this sweet employee answer the phone her name is Sherry she was extremely helpful!!! She gave me options, like she said that they didn’t have the shoes I wanted, but they get shipment every day and if one of these days if the shoe came in she would give me a call back. Also she gave me the option to have it shipped to me. Super great customer service!!!! Will be back !!! 10/10

I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could. Kole & Whitney (I couldn’t really hear but I think that was her name), were AMAZING. Best sales people my friend and I have ever experienced. I’ve never shopped at Steve Madden before & will definitely be back (specifically to this location!!!) they were funny, informative, and went above and beyond for us. I literally ask kole if it was too soon to say “i love you.” Best people!!! Give them a raise!😁

I usually don’t do reviews but my experience in the store was AMAZING. The worker Kole was very helpful and patient. It was my first time in the store and will definitely be back! I went in to get one thing and came out with more. He’s definitely a great salesman and fashion expert.

I just finished shopping at Steve Madden. I had an 1/2 hour before the store closed. I bought everything that I needed with the help of Kole K. Kole K is just wonderful! He welcomed me when I entered the store. He’s very knowledgeable of the products. He has a very pleasant personality and he made my shopping experience an absolute pleasure! I look forward to shopping again with Kole K! Thank you Kole!

It was my first time at this Steve Madden location, Kole was who assisted my sister and I. He was so friendly, helpful and patient. Truly wish there was more people like him.

Kole is an absolute KING, they were sooo busy this weekend but he still had the time to help me with sizes and selections and keep everyone else happy too. His sense of humor is a bonus for anyone we walks through that door. Thank you Kole I wish you all the best!!

Awesome experience with the staff. Great deals on shoes. We walked out feeling like we had hit the jackpot on some really cool booties and flats!
