I've been looking for a new hair person for a while and Enders blew it out of the park. He knew exactly what to do with my hair and colored it with a technique that doesn't require me to come in as often but the grow-out looks natural. He also cut my hair in a way that allowed it to grow out healthy and beautifully. You can tell he's passionate about his craft and is a master at it. Cannot recommend Enders enough.

Enders did an AMAZING job on my balayage and haircut! I came here after booking only one session for my wedding look, which was risky since he had no idea what he getting himself into (I foolishly thought it would be fine in one go!) Enders reassured me and said he would have me looking fabulous and made sure I got what I wanted. I did. I absolutely LOVED my cut/color. I asked for something more natural and for my cut to be texturized and shaped up.

Enders made sure my balayage blended beautifully with my old highlights. He also cut and styled my thick, long hair so that it didn't feel like a million pounds on my head. He even took care to mention the amount of shampoos it would take to lighten my hair so that it would be perfect on my wedding day. I honestly felt like he treated my hair like a delicate canvas!

I will absolutely be back and I highly recommend this salon. It was extremely clean and professional. Everyone was courteous and the service is outstanding. In my opinion, the prices are reasonable. The other hair stylists also seemed extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If you can squeeze an appointment time in (they book up fast), do not sleep on this salon. BEST IN DC!

We booked a bride and groom haircut a week before the wedding with Ryan. He was extremely friendly and really put both the bride and groom at ease during their haircut. Superbly rescued a botched job for the groom, he took the time to listen to what was wanted and execute thoughtfully. Happy to talk while working and easy to talk to, really good company. He got both of our styles exactly right and was gracious to accommodate a change in schedule that allowed us to have our appointments back-to-back. Superb atmosphere in the salon as well, relaxed and open.

Love, love, LOVE this place! 🥰 Enders is a miracle worker, I've been going to him for years. He's so sweet and nice and you can really tell he enjoys his work. I love his attention to detail and making sure that your hair stays healthy if you color it. He isn't happy until it's perfect and you're happy. The other stylists and employees there are all incredibly nice and it looks like they do great with too. With all of this and it being metro accessible, what is there not to love?

I've gone to Enders now twice to get a balayage and haircut done and he is incredible. He's very meticulous with his work and offers great suggestions on what would look best. He uses high quality products and totally put me at ease. I love going to him for my hair needs.

Highly recommend the Burrow. I've been coming here for 4 years and I always leave very happy with my hair. Enders does an impeccable job with cut and color; he has an eye for detail and takes his time to make sure the results are always perfect. I started coloring my hair last year, and I appreciated how he took the time to listen to what I wanted and make suggestions about what he thought would look good. The salon also has great ambiance.

Enders knows how to execute a men’s cut low fade to skin. Probably the best hair cut I’ve ever had.

This is such a nice salon, I'd recommend it to anyone. Andrew was cutting my hair for a few months until I decided I wanted to go from dark brown to platinum - now I'm there every six weeks and I always have a great experience. The stylists are kind and talented, the ambiance is relaxing, and the prices are fair. I especially love that I can tip on Venmo.

Enders was WONDERFUL! He listened carefully to what I wanted (an exact replica of Louise Brooks’ bob in the silent film Lulu) and gave it to me. He listened to my feedback as he worked on the cut. Looking forward to seeing him again soon!

I’ve been working with Enders for two years now. He’s funny, entertaining, and above all, a professional. When he was working at a different salon, I would always ask for him (a difficult task considering he was in such high demand).

Now that he has his own shop, Enders is unleashed. The space is impeccably clean and intimate. Every time I enter I’m greeted with a drink and questions about our last conversation; I’m truly treated as a valued client and not just another customer.

If you’re one of the lucky few from his previous client list, I can’t recommend the Burrow enough. As soon as you can, however you can, make this your neighborhood salon.
