Maya is THAT GIRL! So friendly and helpful. Didn’t judge me for the million pairs I tried on. I had a pleasant visit coming into the store to try on pairs and seeing what sizes works best for me. Thanks Maya for making my visit worthwhile.

This location is fantastic and Caylor was a perfect sales associate! She never once rushed our visit (we were 5 very needy women) and literally got us every single shoe we needed as well as perfectly delegated tasks to others. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

Had a wonderful experience thanks to Victoria. Finding your size at Rothy can be difficult since your size will vary by each shoe design. Victoria was really knowledgable and eager to help me find my sizes in almost all of their shoes. I am waiting for a sale and will buy several pairs for sure then. Had it not been for her, I'd be always hesitant to buy. But I am confident about sizing now.

I randomly came across this brand last summer. I was curious about the washable material and bought my first pair at this location.The sales women was very knowledgeable about the shoes and simultaneously her regular customer sold me too. I was impressed with the level of service given how busy they were. I really enjoy shopping at specialty stores like Rothy’s because of the friendly atmosphere. The experience was memorable and well worth the investment. I now own four pairs and can’t get enough of how lightweight and comfortable they are. ☺

Victoria provided amazing service! After ordering shoes from the store last week, when the box arrived today one box had the wrong pair of shoes in the right box. When I called the store to figure out my options, Victoria answered and not only immediately ordered another pair for me with expedited shipping but also offered up an alternative pair in the color I was looking for, allowing me to take advantage of the sale that ended today and make sure I have options to take advantage of the deal. This is my 3rd transaction with the team at this Rothy's store in Georgetown, and each time their customer service has been top notch.

This is my 3rd Rothy’s location I have visited. (We are in the area visiting family) Cathie helped myself and my husband. She was wonderful!! So sweet, very knowledgeable and helpful! Not only did I get a few things, but so did my husband! Thank you Cathie for making our visit to Georgetown so fun!!

I had a great experience at this location. Two very sweet and helpful ladies assisted me even though I had to come in 10 min before closing (sorry again!). I have been wearing Rothy's for several years now but have always ordered online. Do yourself a favor and go in person if you can. They were able to help me with sizing for each style because of how knowledgeable they were. They had everything I was looking for in stock and even helped me get the right fit for my sister who wasn't even there in person. If they don't have what you're looking for they offer free shipping when you order there. The best part about the whole thing is they told me I could recycle the old pair of Rothy's I wore to the store and get money off my new pair. I had no idea that was possible! Highly recommend this location and Rothy's products in general :) Thank you again!

If you’re coming into the store to look into a pair of these great shoes, please ask for Maya! She was great in coordinating try-ons and answering every question we had. I highly recommend working with her!

If you’re looking for great customer service, run don’t walk, to the Georgetown store and ask for Maya. She is very friendly and helpful and will help you select the right shoe or bag that’s perfect for you. In an era when good customer service is nearly nonexistent Maya proves that it is still alive and well at Rothy’s. Highly recommend!

Today I had the most incredible and supportive experience at Rothy’s in Georgetown. Corey the sales associate that helped me was kind and so helpful. He let me try on as many pairs and sizes as I wanted. He was supportive and encouraging and so helpful. Not only is the staff amazing, so are the products! It was so great seeing everything in person and having the most patient and lovely person, Corey, guiding my experience. I can’t speak more highly of this store and its staff.

Super helpful staff. Was my first time in the store and they explained everything about the shoes, how to size for best fit, care, etc

My family and I had a great experience at this location! Anna helped us and boy did we need help! We were told we would have to wait a little, and barely waited 2 minutes before she was there getting us our items! 4 people trying on different shoes, with all different sizing. We weren’t necessarily the easiest and she helped us with such patience and grace! We all love our new white lace ups and driving shoes! If I could give her more stars I would!

Love this place. Got a nice sneaker that I’m planning to wear a ton. Cool that it is machine washable too. Maya - one of the employees there - was so helpful and kind and patient with us. She’s the best.

I got a pair of Rothy’s for Christmas that just weren’t quite the perfect fit. Unsure of what I wanted, I decided to make the hour drive to their DC store. Let me tell you, it was 100% worth it!! They gave quick, excellent, and truly personalized service. When the pair I decided on wasn’t available in store, they helped me order it online right then and there. The best part? My shoes shipped in less than 24 hours and will be here two days after I ordered them. Rothy’s is an awesome company, and the staff here in DC are truly amazing!

Great customer service! Cory helped me try on the different styles to figure out what I liked best and helped me decide what sizes I needed for those styles! Although the shoes I chose were not available in my size at the store, I was able to order them there and have them shipped to my house! Super convenient and easy! My Rothys are by far the most comfortable shoes I own!

The sales rep Myia was super helpful and a delight to work with. She explained how the shoes should fit and feel. She went above and beyond.

I visited Rothys store in Georgetown to get some advice & answers about sizing. Victoria was very friendly, helpful and patient as she let me try on whichever designs I asked for. She also explained the differences between The Point and The Square, and why the material can determine the way the shoes fit. Got out with my first pair and can't wait to come back for more.

Staff is happy and friendly and even during COVID times makes sure everyone is taken care of and protocols are followed. Want to try on multiple sizes or styles? No problem, they will help you with sizing and styling every step of the way. Don’t miss the cute bags too!

You might even get lucky and stop in on a “store exclusive” day - which tend to be a little crazy, but are always well handled.

I've been wanting to purchase a pair of Rothy's for several months, however I was nervous since I wouldn't be able to try them on first. I went to the new store in Georgetown and left with two pairs! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They were very helpful with sizing and letting me try on different styles! I will definitely make the trip back for future purchases!
