Shangri-La Kitchen

We came in for Indian food after walking by one day and smelling the delicious aromas wafting out the door. Their menu is huge, but we stuck to the Indian food this time. We ordered Palak Paneer, Chana Masala, and 2 garlic naan. It was the perfect amount for the 2 of us to share. The naan isn’t overly garlicky or greasy-just perfect. The place looks like a little hole-in-the-wall, but this was some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. We cleaned our plates!

It's March 13, 2024. It's honestly the best quality food on the island, no matter what time of year; They never disappoint, the food is always hot and fresh.

We were 7 of us who happened to stumble upon this multi cuisine restaurant late in the evening. Shangri-La Kitchen and its members did not disappoint. It was fabulous indian food and so many options to pick. My kids loved their pizza and samosas. Curries and veg biryani had just the right kind of spice and tasty! Highly recommend this restaurant.

This place has no business being this good. It has one of the most diverse menus I've ever seen, but everything manages to be amazing. This is our favorite spot for sushi on island, but their curries are also fantastic and the portion sizes are HUGE. If you decide to dine in, it's also BYOB. Inside is very relaxed and casual.

Absolutely transcendant experience at the Shangri-La Kitchen! This place has it all from Indian food to sushi. If you have picky friends, they also serve pizza and burgers! Why go anywhere else?? I haven’t tried the pizza but the burgers and sushi are INCREDIBLE. They’re fine with the food quirks my family has and are happy to adjust our order. My family and I had pneumonia and couldn’t eat anything for about a week and a half, and the ENTIRE TIME I would bring up how much I wanted a burger from here.
They don’t skimp on fish for their nigiri like a lot of restaurants do, which I really appreciated.
In conclusion, there’s no way you’ll walk out without a wonderful gustatory experience! I think they cook with love!

My girlfriend and I love this place! We eat here at least once a week, and it is always delicious. The Indian food is among the best I’ve ever had, and any of their sushi rolls with a spicy miso soup is the perfect lunch.

Feed the whole family! Pizza, burgers, curry, sushi…. One would think they don’t make sense, but it works!

The curries are spot on (ask for the Chana Masala “piro” spicy!) with fluffy and delicious basmati rice. The pizza hits the mark with great quality and the sushi is consistent and fresh.

Everything is house made and the year round kitchen and service staff are friendly efficient.

The most authentic Indian food I've had, not just in Nantucket but all of US ! It was so delicious, the service was great and it was BYOB! I'll be coming back several times before I leave this island. Thank you :)

Who knew Nantucket had an amazing Indian restaurant. Service was great and my chicken vindaloo and garlic naan were amazing . And this is coming from an Indian girl. Definitely worth the visit

Was on my way to another restaurant when the delicious smells pulled me in. Had a mix of Indian and Japanese dishes, very happy with all of them. Vegetarian friendly.

How about a restaurant that does it all and does it so well. Asian cuisine and sushi is great. Their pizza is very underrated
