Blue Beetle

Blue Beetle has a fabulous selection of Nantucket charms. I ordered two from their online store. Love them! Jackie and Liz were especially helpful and their customer service was off the charts fantastic! Can’t wait to visit in person when I’m back on the island!

I went to many high end stores in Nantucket and Blue Beetle had by far the best customer service!
They respected their capacity limit! They offered you sanitizer spray when you walked in the door. They have a variety of aged employees from 18-50+ So you could get a variety of different opinions from staff when shopping for gifts. Within 5 mins someone was waiting on me. The staff was friendly and not pushy. I ended up buying the Nantucket landmark bracelet charms for my Pandora bracelet as a memory of my trip! On my way out of the store they held the door for me! I would absolutely come back again and recommend! The clothing they sold was vibrant and gorgeous . If you like Lily Pulitzer or Vera Bradley I recommend checking out this store!

This is my favorite new place to shop while in Nantucket. These ladies are very polite, and friendly, they make you feel welcome. Love the store, excellent pieces of clothing made in USA. Best prices around.

Large selection of reasonably priced tasteful costume jewelry. Also quite a few ACK jewelry pieces that were totally gift worthy for souvenirs. Would’ve given 5 stars, but a couple of the earrings I purchased had quality issues (loose hinge and missing pave crystals) which I had to exchange before leaving town. Still totally worth visiting though!

PLEASE PASS THIS SHOP!

There are so many beautiful shops, THIS IS NOT ONE!! THE OWNER/or MANAGER of this one is horrendous. She was belittling her employees as I was waiting in line over a Canadian credit card. My husband accidentally bought my 9 year old a bracelet that was $80! When we asked for a refund and we can buy something less expensive THE OWNER/or MANAGER TOLD US NO! “Her SYSTEM does not DO REFUNDS, NOTHING CAN BE DONE”. Funny because it was the same system at my work and mine does! What a joke!!!! This woman was SO RUDE and belittle and completely would not help with our issue. Now stuck with a cheap plastic $80 bracelet! Keep going by this store please. This woman with dark hair running the store today does not deserve your business and her employees do not deserve her harassment!
