My 10 year old Mac finally bit the dust. Fixing it didn't make economic sense. Fortunately, I found this company and bought a renewed, gently used Mac. I'm delighted, not only for being able to get a great buy, but in dealing with the staff. They are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice people. Check them out.

I highly recommend these folks! My brother bought a laptop from them and he recommended them to me when I had an issue with my MacBook Pro 14”. They diagnosed the problem and got it repaired. They were very communicative through the process, very knowledgeable and great pricing too! (And they’re super nice! Always a plus!)

They’ve stood behind a part they installed from a third part manufacturer that ran out of warranty because it shouldn’t have failed as soon as it did. Very professional and friendly employees. They made dropping off and picking up my mac really easy. I feel like the repair and labor cost was a good price for what I had done to it. Repair only took a couple of days, which I was very happy about. I would definitely recommend this place when it comes to mac repairs!

I was very impressed by their service when my logic board crashed while on vacation. They analyzed the problem and reassured me that my data was still accessible. Though they didn’t charge me for the evaluation, I later used their chargeable services to identify and transfer my data to an external drive. Very professional and competent!

I came into macSales in Cape Cod on a Wednesday morning, desperate to troubleshoot the charging/battery issues I was facing with my MacBook Pro. This was the only Mac servicing store anywhere near where I was staying on the Cape, and I was desperate to get my computer working as I had an important video call to make later that day.

Phillip was there to help, and his troubleshooting skills were great. He was able to explain what was going on with my computer and let me know that I would soon need to replace my battery due to a high cycle count. He was friendly, professional, easygoing, and his help put my worries to rest. And he didn't even charge me for his time! I highly recommend this store for any of your computer needs.

I had a very good experience. I went in looking to get a new charger for my old macbook, which was not charging. Tech/sales guy Phil helped me out and had a charger for sale for cheap, but we started chatting about their inventory of used macbooks, because mine was clearly on its way out. Phil provided info without putting any pressure on me whatsoever. I spent over an hour picking his brain. I liked what he had to say about their inventory, where the laptops came from and how they knew they were "like new." So I bought a macbook pro for a good price.

A rare gem. Honest, kind, sincere, and open is how I would describe the owners at Mac Sales CC. Both Phil and Jaime are good at what they do. They are personable, articulate and sincere. They both make you feel at home and treat you like family. Their customer service skills are highly polished, they are polite and easy to talk to, something you don't often find these days, but is what you would expect from a family run business... from another era, but you find it with them, here and now. Shop local for exceptional, professional sales and services that you won't find at any big box stores. You won't be disappointed!

We use PC Solutions for our business needs. Recently one of our laptops stopped operating. I placed a call to PC Solutions and they were able to meet with me promptly. They lent me a computer while they researched the problem. They kept in touch with me re: their findings and when it was determined the cost to repair would be more than the value of the laptop (factoring in age), they provided me with several recommendations. All data was transferred to the new machine and I accessed all apps and programs I normally use, before I left their office. It was a pleasure to work with their team. They are very customer service oriented and responsive to their clients. I highly recommend PC Solutions for individuals and business organizations.

Chose MacSales Cape Cod as the closest option to help with my iPhone 14. I had gone to The Geek Squad at Best Buy and the advice they gave me was worthless. I had multiple emails associated with my apps and couldn’t remember most of the passwords when I went to transfer info from my Iphone10 to the iPhone 14. Phil and Jaime were incredibly patient with me and had me practice navigating features on my phone that I was unaware of. Never once felt belittled as I had at Best Buy. Would not hesitate to recommend this place. They were concise with the time spent with me and charged a very reasonable fee for all the work they did.

Phil and Jamie are great with Macs and they have a selection of new ones to choose from. This is a terrific place; a Cape Cod, family owned, honest gem.

I have an older MacBook Pro that was having display backlight issues. Since the closest Apple store is off-Cape and over an hour away I searched for a certified Apple repair business in the area and found PC Solutions/macSales. I’m so glad I did. Phil is very knowledgeable of Apple products and has quite a selection of renewed MacBooks and iMacs.

After having a lengthy talk with Phil, I left my MacBook there for a repair estimate and walked out with a new (Renewed) 16” MacBook Pro. I’m a photographer and was looking to upgrade to something faster. I’ll use the older one for day to day stuff and the new one strictly for photography.

I really like their “Green” philosophy on cutting down on electronic waste and the prices of their Renewed MacBooks and iMacs can’t be beat. If you’re looking to buy a Mac, first check out the prices of brand new and when you get over the shock go see Phil, he’ll help you with whatever you need.

This review is so long over due. Most amazing people and company to out it lightly. Authentic, caring, and smart. I went in with a broken screen, so we thought and damage was worse (from being sat on). I ended up buying a refurbished newer Mac book pro. It is very fast, and they transferred all my data for me. Pristine condition.
Side note… to get you to fully understand how truly wonderful some people are. my 6 year old son had “wrote” and illustrated a book. They not only listened to every page but copied it for him and “published” it.
I would highly recommend pc solutions and macbook repair. They are transparent and a local company. 🙌🙌

From the initial phone call, my experience with Phil was amazing. I was visiting & my daughter’s MacBook Air had a keyboard problem. PC Solutions Cape Cod is the best! We first had them fix our older MacBook Air. And then later we bought a refurbished MacBook Pro from them. Both times the service was so professional yet friendly! Will continue to get my computer needs taken care of by them!
