We are tourists and visited Mount Rushmore. On the way back we had to refuel and our credit card didn't work anymore. The cashier Nick is one of the nicest people we have ever met. He nicely explained to us where the nearest bank was and then continued to help out when I had a little mental breakdown. Thank you very much Nick.

I pass by every year on the way to Greybull WY and never had any problems.

Nice place for a quick stop

This location has the best Windows washers. Sometimes I feel it's insane. How well I can clean my windshield 🤣😂. From anything else I feel like they need to do more I have more hot food stuff more options with coffee. Also the people are super friendly and nice and with actually be okay and having conversation with you that's nice 🙂 also I do local delivery from Sioux falls to rapid City and this is one my good spots to fill up and clean my windshield 🤣😂

For a tourist town this is the worst gas station I've ever been to. They will not let you prepay your fuel because "we are old school here". The cashier was rude and had no perdonality. When asked why you couldnt prepay fuel he told me I dodnt need to bother ever coming back. Oh trust........I wont.

We filled up our diesel here, and within a half hour has our truck break down. Had to replace a fuel filter that had just been replaced a month ago. Light comes on, and says there's was water in the fuel. Go elsewhere for your gas because you're paying for fuel diluted with WATER.

Man working told us he was closed even though there was ten minutes tilk closing, couldn't get gas or a bottle of water. Too busy getting ready ready to close and saw him send three people away before us. Not good customer service, only worried to get out of there.

One of the most unfriendly, lack of customer service skills I have know. I think they don’t need our business anymore.

I was called a "Stupid f☆☆☆ing b☆☆☆h" by a supervisor for parking in an unmarked "employee parking" area to wait for someone.

Horrible attitude. But that seems to be everyone's opinion.
