Badland Outpost

I was on a mission to find a tshirt before we left South Dakota. I loved a shirt and asked them to look for my size in the back room- they found it! They were very nice to work with. The shirts are better quality and variety than most other shops in the area.

Great selection of items within. Higher pricepoints than some of the nearby stores so definitely be aware of that. We all left with something for the most part and were able to purchase several different gifts as well.

Great little souvenir shop!! Comfortable looking clothing to remember your trip! Friendly staff!

Cute shop. They had travel mugs for $40 - expensive, but I thought it would be worth it as a souvenir. After buying, I found out the mugs lid leaks and it doesn't fit in a cup holder.. pretty disappointed.

We where on a family vacation every one said you need to go to wall drug. All shops were good except badlands my daughter was taking pictures of things she liked but couldn’t afford. Then the lady at the counter told her she can’t take photos and to erase them and get out of the store. I had 6 things I was going to buy for Christmas for my kids out of that shop I put them back and I won’t be back. If that is the way you treat your customers I hope you go under!

I took my family to Wall for Mother’s Day - my favorite place in America. When we walked in to Badland Outpost to buy souvenirs, the woman behind the counter was clearly unimpressed with my 10 children. Though they were extremely well behaved, she glared at them and watched them angrily as we looked around the store. I decided to take my children elsewhere, and spend our money elsewhere. I called the store this morning to let a manager know how we had been treated and the woman from Mother’s Day was the manager. She was belligerent, yelling at me, and then said, “I am sorry your feelings were hurt. Why don’t you go blog about it?!” Wow, lady. Nah. I’ll just write this review. Have a happy day.

I was recently in Wall SD on vacation and went to this store. The clerk was nice. But then came the Manager/Owner (or so she said). I would never buy or recommend anyone to go to this store again. She was rude to customers asking for a price clarification. I was only a bystander and I was horrified. That made my decision to leave easy. NEVER SHOP HERE!! HORRIBLE SHOP AND MANAGER/OWNER!

i went in to purchase a big foot sign they had in the window and ended up purchasing other things. the brunett with shoulder length hair in there was a horrible witch. she was rude, crude, and not fit to work in retail. if this store wishes to continue business i would suggest they make her clean the bathrooms and stay out of the front

MY BOYFRIEND AND I WERE TRAVELING FROM KANSAS TO MONTANA AND WE ALWAYS STOP IN WALL SD TO SHOP. WE HAD ALREADY BOUGHT FROM EVERY STORE WE HAD WALKED THROUGH UNTIL WE WENT TO THIS STORE. WE FOUND A FEW LITTLE TRINKETS AND WHEN MY MAN PUT THEM ON THE COUNTER AND HANDED HER HIS DEBIT CARD SHE VERY RUDELY POINTED TO A SIGN AND SAID DIDNT YOU SEE THIS SIGN. IT SAID SOMETHING ABOUT HAVING TO SPEND MORE THAN $10 TO USE DEBIT/CREDIT. NO CASH NO SALE. I FIGURE IF YOU CANT TAKE MY DEBIT CARD YOU DONT WANT MY MONEY. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! VERY DISAPPOINTING.
