Francesca Moceri from Allstate Insurance was a pleasure to work with. She is customer obsessed and cares deeply about her customers. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Her main strength is that she is very quick to respond and provide accurate and up-to-date information. She had our back through the full process of our roof replacement and reviving our insurance policy with AllState. When we entered a period where we wouldn't have any insurance, she helped us with a temporary mitigation at a last-minute notice. It felt like we were in good hands, and we were safe, Francesca would ensure that our money would not get wasted and lost at any point in the process and we would get the best coverage. I highly recommend Francesca to any client. Francesca, thank you so much for helping us to get setup our first landlords' insurance and navigating through the curve balls and hiccups we got in the process due to poor roof condition which we didn't catch during the buying process of our property.
