Very accommodating. Did awesome work on our mower. Told us it would be over 30 days before they could get to it and that was what happened but a week later we received a call saying it was ready. Replaced the motor to our mower and they were very nice to deal with.

Quality Milwaulkee tools made by Milwaulkee. Got my Milwaulkee Fuel hammer drill tool serviced here. Also got a special deal on trading in an old Dewalt tool for a new combo driver drill & impact driver for a very nice price.

The service is great. I'm glad to have them work on fixing my tools. Service is responsive and respectful and they sell tools too!

Alex was so helpful and considerate. The repair time was considerably shorter than I was expecting so our schedules did not line up and I was not able to meet him when he delivered the mower back to our home. He offered to put the mower back in the shed and lock it up before leaving. His above and beyond approach is very much appreciated. Everyone at the company seems to be genuinely considerate and very helpful.

I have had to get my mower repaired before, it was not a good experience. The treatment I received from NW Industrial Tool was out of this world! Both Alex and Josh went above and beyond to make this an exceptional experience for a very leery customer. The previous “repairs” were fixed and even guaranteed after the warranty expires. I brought in an Ego mower for a warranty repair. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the repair turnaround was quick. I would happily go here for other things, though it requires an 80-minute round trip from my home.

I stopped in to get a warrantee repair. The people were very friendly, and they have MANY great products for sale. If you need tools, they probably have it.

Thank You NW Industrial Tool! I have a Toro Workman that needed repair. Even though the mechanic was admittedly not familiar with big electric utility vehicles he was game. If he couldn’t fix it, he’d deliver it to Portland where someone with more electric cart experience would give it a go. Salem was the closest place (I could find) with actual Toro parts and experience. Mike proved the perfect choice. He diagnosed the problem, we got the part, and he delivered my adored Toro home in great condition. This company solves problems.

I work for Evans and alot of us use Milwaukee so i was super happy to find this. I brought in 2 tools one older tech and one brand new tech. They fixed them both in a timely matter like new and they even look new. All under warranty. I could not be happier. Oh I would recommend giving the old bald guy a hug straight away when you walk in looks like he needs one! You guys are great thx 😊 🙏

Alex at NW Industrial went out of his way quickly fix our pressure washer oil leak, was great to work with, very timely and took care of the Honda claim to get it paid for. 1 day after I took it in, it was ready and he had the cost taken care of thru a warranty with Honda. No charge and 1 day turnover!! Pretty awesome!

I have been searching for staples for an outdated staple gun that belonged to my late father. I have been to every hardware store big or small, every craft store, and spent countless hours searching online. What I found was stores that don’t carry the product that I need and a lot of employees that have no knowledge or experience with tools or the products they carry in their stores. Yesterday when I walked into NW Industrial Tool I was greeted right away by knowledgeable people who were eager to help me. They listened as I explained the emotional attachment and why it was so important to me to find these staples. Within minutes I had a full box of the correct sizes staples in my hand. The box I was given was not actually for sale, it was for store use to test products. They gave them to me as a gift! I was so touched by my experience yesterday. I will not be taking my business anywhere else. From now on NW Industrial Tool will be my first stop. I look forward to working with them more in the future!!

6/2/2022. I tried to write a 2 nd review for this amazing company. Since I was so pleased with them prior, I keep going back. Today Alex Velazquez saved the day for me. He took a look at my pressure washer over his lunch. He was on his way out, but he put my needs 1st. I am so thankful to have found a business that is knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair priced, and customer service based. If you take your business anywhere you are wasting your time and money.

Five stars is not enough. I had a best experience with the customer service, specifically Angela. She helped me when my Mirka sander give up after 4 years of work. I really loved that sander so I send there for a repair hoping it’s fixable. Four days later I got an email from Angela with the great news that they’re replacing my old one with a brand new one.
It’s the best sander for fine guitar work.
Northwest Industrial Tool is a great company with very friendly and knowledgeable staff, they really care about customers.
I’ll be a customer for life!!

Usually don't go out of my way to leave reviews but this place is worth it. Alex met me after closing and advised our Husqvarna lawn mower was still under warranty and they'd have it fixed no problem. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Highly reccomend.

This is professional shop, Alex got the warranty for my electric chain saw all straightened out with the manufacturer and kept at it until my saw was replaced. Really appreciate his hard work, NW Industrial is a good place to get your tools fixed.

NW Industrial Tool really saved me with my older Makita concrete saw. After being told by the Makita shop that they could not find a part it needed, I took it to Alex Velazquez and he went to work. He sourced a part from ESTONIA during a war, and was able to get it over here. He did a complete rebuild and now the thing runs like new. I spent a fraction of what I would have had to spend to buy a new one to replace this one. It is now good as new. Any time in the future I need a tool fixed, no questions - I am taking it to Alex. Great group of folks over there and they are truly proud of their work.

Alex (and Kevin) are THE BEST. PLEASE give them a pay raise, TODAY!! I had a problem with installing a grass catcher I purchased through Alex at NW Industrial Tool, Vancouver, WA. They came to my house immediately and helped solve my problem. They now are working to repair my old chipper/shredder. These are a couple smart guys you need to keep happy!

The people at NW Industrial Tools set me up with a set of tools and were very helpful in finding exactly what I needed that the big stores didn't have or know anything about.
