Loved the food and coffee! We enjoyed a lemon blueberry scone, quiche, and a frittata. It was very clean, service was great, and food was delicious. It was a chilly Whidbey Island kind of day and there is only covered outside seating. Fortunately, we sat with a heater above our table, but not all tables had this luxury. It would be great on a nice summer day. Our food came in nice little take out boxes that we could easily take to go. It was our choice to stay and eat outside and enjoy a chilly spring PNW day.

Good coffee and my "while I wait" hand dropped doughnut was sugary, crispy, and fluffy. I tried the quiche, and had it heated up - the cheese was gooey, the ham had great taste, the pastry was crisp and the egg was custardy.

So yummy! Saw this place had incredible reviews so wanted to check it out, it definitely lived up to the hype. The salmon cake melted in your mouth and the tortilla soup was flavorful. Great place to grab lunch or a coffee. There were quite a few families and couples there, they had ample seating outdoors. Highly recommend!

It’s a very lovely and sparkling clean place. Service is great, food is great and healthy. My personal favorite is salmon cake which is really soft and juicy, Apple cinnamon is a must-try. Quiche is also very good. I don’t like strata very much, it’s too goaty, although it’s still okay to try. I like the clam chowder, although it will be much better if it has less potatoes.

They have these round no hole doughnuts with sugar coating. Close to a French beignet, but really an American doughnut. Delicious with my morning coffee.

Super cute store, great for a cup of coffee or a latte. They also have alternative milks. They have a great bakery variety as well as foods that can be heated up. Only eating area is outside, but they have heaters going in the fall/winter/spring. Loved the food as well.

A recent stay in Langley last week included having lunch here at the Langley Kitchen. We were glad they were open on a Tuesday. We loved the homemade chicken pot pies and ended up taking home a bag of their snowball cookies to enjoy with our coffee. Really good food and service. Eating outside was a bit on the cold side and rather close quarters to jockey and find a spot to sit (husband in WC). Other diners eventually left so we moved over with more warmth from an overhead heater. We would definately come back for another meal here.

As a local, previous regular supporter of the previous two places here, Langley Kitchen had big shoes to fill. I would say they succeed in a big way. Yum 😋

Do you like getting caught by your partner for eating the cheese 🧀 off the paper from a sandwich like you must get every morsel of flavor? This is your breakfast sandwich then... not only was it great the other two pastries 🥮 we had to go were wonderful too.

The place is very well laid out, especially for being in a small town with limited space. As a designer it was super pleasant inside and can’t wait to go back. The only one thing I saw for folks in wheelchairs like me is they have a step where you pickup your order. They will nicely bring it to you though and can leave out the entrance. Everything was packed cutely in environmental friendly packaging & utensils, Yaaaa Langley Kitchen!!!

Welcome to Whidbey Island.. a local fan

We were blown away by how delicious our simple orders were. We ordered the breakfast egg sandwich w/ bacon and cheese, Bayview turkey sandwich, overnight oats, cinnamon roll latte, and pear croustade. On paper, the sandwiches could have been from Panera (which ironically we had to make a quick stop at yesterday) but the difference in quality and flavor could not be greater. The pear croustade was everything I hoped for whenever I order a bakery item anywhere. Every bite of our food actually made me mad that we didn't live closer haha. I wish I took pictures of our food and the counter before we ate because the bakery items got well picked over by the time we left at 11:30! FYI they did not have high chairs on their very cute (and heated!) outdoor patio.

Great place for fresh sandwiches and baked goods. Food was very tasty, and fast (even though it was busy). Broccoli salad and beet salad were very nice.

Went here today to get a quick drink as I was going to be running around Langley all day. Immediately greeted with a smile by the lady at the door and quickly ordered a Chai Tea Latte. The price was very cheap for what it was, and when it came out, they made it very nicely and quickly. But the Chai was very, very spicy, and burnt my throat. But I'm pretty sure that's just how Chai is sometimes. Amazing atmosphere, everything is comfortable and nice.

I love love love this place. I love seeing their endless creativity in creating unique amazing dishes or putting their own spin on classics as well. I do wish they had more dairy free/plant based [ protein, specifically would be amazing] but I also understand from a business perspective that it might not be within reason.

Fantastic experience today with our pup on the patio. Everyone was pleasant and warm. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality and delicious food!

Been here a few times: love the gruyere quiche and soup selection. Great place, appropriate prices, nice outdoor seating and kind staff. One critique would be that some baked goods were a bit sweet

The warm, friendly staff make this exceptional new addition to Langley a must-visit even if you’re in town for a single day. The range of fresh, healthy sandwiches and soups provide a convenient excuse to devour their delicious baked delicacies as dessert.

But don’t tell anyone - we don’t want the place to get TOO popular 🤣

we only get coffee and pastries or breakfast at langley kitchen 3 or 4 days a week, so we may not be experts. the coffee is perfect for our taste, the baked goods are universally creative and tasty, sandwiches are great. but the best thing is the people. this is our morning "cheers" now that UBCC has been closed for a couple years. it's always a joy to come in and be greeted.

and the small wine selection is curated by one of the most knowledgeable wine people in the northwest.

What a yummy place to visit. We had the blatt and egg sandwiches. Both delicious.

I absolutely adore Langley Kitchen. As soon I am in town I go straight there. It’s so hard to choose lunch items because I want all of it!!! Never disappointed.
Not just food either; culinary and gourmet items greet you as you walk in the door. Their maple granola , and morning glory muffins are to die for. ❤
The Langley Kitchen chefs and staff are like a family, you feel the vibe as you enter, so friendly even when they are packed with a long line. Definitely worth the wait!!!! Love love love
