Sunset Hills Memorial Park made the process of taking care of our mother after she passed so easy. The hospice house called them and Sunset Hills came and picked her up took her to the crematorium and took care of her. All we had to do was pick her up.

I had been so overwhelmed by everything that needs to be done when someone passes that this process took a lot of pressure off of me.

I held my mother's memorial service and reception at Sunset Hills. The venue and event were lovely, everything I wanted it to be thanks to Len, Jessica and the entire staff at Sunset Hills. The celebrant who gave the service was Anne W. Jenny. She was absolutly amazing. She worked with me to ensure the script for the service was personalized and captured the spirit of my mom. She delivered the service with professionalism and grace. Highly recommend!!!

I can’t express the true gratitude I have for the overall staff at Sunset Hills Funeral Home. I had the pleasure working with Kelly Merrill, Funeral Director & her staff who went above & beyond making my family’s experience Re: funeral & burial arrangements for our beloved mother a smooth transition & to celebrate her life in our own way even tho there was new construction going on the grounds… it did not impact us. At the time of loss of a loved one, all individuals & families go through a grieving process, juggling personal & business matters relating to memorial services; it’s not easy but Kelly & her staff were gracious, sensitive and accommodating to our needs. It was nice to have the memorial, burial, and reception all on one site as well. Last but not least, the services rendered crossed many spectrums from grief counseling, personal objectives/planning, various burial packages options, travel & food services, & other family support options. My parents choose the right burial place as they Rest In Peace together at Sunset Hills Memorial Park in Bellevue, WA.

Sunset Hills was very thoughtful and responsive in helping us plan the details of my mother's funeral, they also did a great job making sure all the final details were executed exactly as planned. Their overall professionalism made an otherwise difficult time a little easier.

Sunset Hills is absolutely the gold standard of of funeral homes. From the beginning to the end of the process of laying my loved one to rest, they are the best at what they do. Their compassion and attention to detail from beginning to end was wonderful during an extremely difficult time for me. We worked with Nancy and she is the best.

Our experience was so positive at Sunset Hills. Karen and Kara were there for us with any questions or concerns as we prepared to lay our mom to rest. A big thank you to our Celebrant Anne Jenny. She was wonderful to work with and celebrated our mom’s life through speaking, poems, prayers and music. Our mom looked beautiful and we are so grateful to all of you for helping us through a difficult time.

From the moment I called, I felt supported by both Lucas and Lindzie. Lindzie was beyond helpful and sympathetic. She truly made this process easy to maneuver and never felt in the dark about anything. The service was wonderful and a true testament to "getting it right" and representing our loved one in a customized way. Also, the moment our loved one was in their care we felt comfortable and at ease given their professionalism, gentleness, tenderness and respect they gave to each process. Lindzie even arranged a separate viewing for my husband, and it was much needed for his closure. So thank you Sunset Hills....

Also would like to think Anne Jenny in performing the celebrant for our service she not only did a beautiful job but helped guide me through to make it that way I have had nothing but compliments from my family during a very sad time and know that my mother had a beautiful service they were all very very happy and walked away very fulfilled thank you again for all that you did. Sunset Hills Memorial has been the home of my father (1994) and mother (2008) and now my older brother who passed away in April. Service has been excellent and maintenance of the site has been outstanding. With the view of the both downtown Bellevue and Seattle, it's truly like a park and we enjoy the scenery. Recent arrangement for my brother went as smooth as expected and our family appreciate the wonderful support your staff provided to give my brother a nice resting place. Thank you.

My husband and I made arrangements for both of us a few years ago through Sunset Hills before he got sick, and I'm so glad we did. When the call came from the nursing home a few weeks ago that my husband had passed, the folks at Sunset Hills called me within the hour to let me know they would take him into their care at once.
They handled everything, including making arrangements with Tahoma National Cometary and transporting his ashes for the military service. Our representative, Lindzie Brett, actually stayed for the service and provided a holder for the flag along with a warm presence.
I would recommend Sunset Hills to anyone, and also recommend making arrangements as far in advance as possible. It's so much easier when your health is good and you can think clearly about how you would like your surviving family and friends to carry out your wishes.

I had the best experience ever at sunset hills funeral home. The staff were so kind, friendly, welcoming, and warm. They made me feel so special and attended to my every needs. I will forever remember their hospitality. If i can give them a 10 they will be getting 10stars.

My husband’s father just passed Away last week and Sunset Hills Memorial did a great job on arranging everything for us. James Tran and Nancy Hoult both definitely help my family get through this without much pain. I would recommend Sunset Hill Memorial to all my friends and family.

I own a funeral home and memorial gardens in Tennessee. Several years ago I arranged for a graveside and burial of a family member. Although their funeral staff originally were a bit mouthy....it soon smoothed out. My comment mainly is regarding their memorial gardens cemetery. Absolutely first class. Their cemetery personnel were professional, friendly, efficient and their work was impeccable. I wish I could have them teach my cemetery crew how to care for a grave. After the burial, replacement of a granite bench and a large companion bronze memorial....it appeared as if there hadn't even been a burial hours earlier. Hands down the best cemetery care I've experienced in over 40 years of funeral service. Good job.

I cannot express how wonderful the service for my wife was handled. The flower arrangements were beautiful and the audio-video presentation was exceptional.
Amy handled the service for us and did an extremely professional and heartwarming job.
The catered refreshments and the service area was also excellent.
All in all we were very pleased with everything done in our behalf.
