Verles is better than Cabela’s. They are knowledgeable, have everything you need for local fishing, hunting, crabbing. Our maybe second time in years ago, maybe 3rd, they gave my daughter a pink camo verles hat for free. Who does that. It absolutely made her day. They also do boat sales and service.

Great experience... New to the area , new to the fishing equipment I needed to get. For a small business shop the prices weren't really that bad considering. Plus the staff were excellent , informative helpful and over all very friendly. I got everything I needed .. quality items and great advice. I purchased a boat and figured it would be a good idea to take it in to Verle's so they can go through the whole thing and find out if anything needs to be addressed, and despite the fact that I spent close to $4000.00, I'm glad I did. These people here are very nice and answered all my questions. They cleaned, lubricated, and respooled an old Zebco reel that was my Dad's from many years ago. The cost was minimal too.

Love this shop. They got what you need for hunting, fishing and boating. That and great customer service.

We went in to get a tide guide for 2020 and the cashier didn't even charge me for it! And then we asked for some Verle's pens to give out for gifts for the holiday and she went somewhere in the back and came back with about 10 of them! That was totally awesome! It's good for them because whoever we give the pens to we are advertising for their business and good for us because we get to give our friends or family a nice little free gift!
