Claudia's Mobile Park Estates

I have lived here in a manufactured home for 7 years. It has been a positive experience and it's a nice rural location and yet close to town.
Claudia is very nice and accommodating and lives off site but she is easily reached.
Real lives on site and is also very accommodating and takes care of things at the park.
Space rent is currently affordable but has steadily increased just like everything I guess.
The park grounds are kept up well, however some of the residents are a little bit lack in keeping up there own space which is required.
Most of the residents are good people and quiet. Some of them work on base. Overall a great place to live in a mobile or in your RV temporarily.

This mobile park is set near the Nisqually River and just blocks away from the Billy Frank wildlife refuge that meets the I-5 corridor with access to both north and southbound lanes. It’s clean, very quiet and safe.

Um, I dropped a friend off here, but yeah, i can review it. Nice roads, great informative signs. I met my ex-wife here 25 years ago.

We have been residence of Claudia's Mobile Park Estates for the past 7 years. Our experience has been a positive one. The lots are large and well maintained. We have a 5th wheel RV that is permanently sited in the park. The amenities we have are better than any offered in other locations we visited. Our neighbors, have become our friends.

The owners are sweet and very caring they are both extremely knowledgeable!!! They go out of their way to make sure you are cared for!!!

There are only great things to say about Claudia's Mobile Park Estates. It is located minutes away from I5 and about 5-10 minutes from main shopping centers. Not to mention, Schilter Family Farm is right around the corner which is a treat when it comes to fall and winter festivities. The neighborhood is safe which was a big deal for me and the grounds are always kept clean. Another bonus is the amazingly large Clubhouse that is provided for all residents to use. There are washers/dryers, a full size kitchen, workout room, ping-pong tables and just so much space for parties and get togethers. There is so much to offer and it is always kept so clean.
In addition to the great location, the people here are very friendly. We have great neighbors and you will see Real around frequently making sure the vicinity is well kept. He has been great to us and he does educate us about Legal Shield which we may get in the future. He is truly passionate about it and wants the best for everyone. We really appreciate him so much!
Overall, the area is truly remarkable! We love living here and would recommend this place to all prospective tenants!

The park is well maintained, and the grounds look nicer than when I lived here a few years back. The cost is very reasonable compared to other parks in the area. There is a mix of RVs and mobile homes. It is quiet. There is a nice clubhouse with a laundry facility as well as an additional laundry facility at the other end of the park. The owner helped me sign up with Legal Shield as an associate, and in the first month I earned almost enough to pay my rent! He really works for his down line. Also, Legal Shield provided a background check in the cost of becoming an associate. This was a fast way to get the Park required background check. This was important since we needed a place to park our travel trailer immediately. Everyone is safer knowing every adult resident had to pass a background check.
Overall, this is a very pleasant place to live. I recommend it.
By the way, if you work at Ft. Lewis the park is about three miles from the back gate. In the world of traffic congestion today that would be wonderful!

Great park with one of the biggest yards for RVs with a shed for storage. The landlord Real has been awesome with helping us get settled here.

He also connected us with ID shield and legal shield to help us further protect our identity and family with any future endeavors.

Hi I'm Johnny B. from the Nisqually Valley area. Claudias Mobile Park & Estates is such a great place to live. I lived there for years. I just love their renting process. Fast efficient and the owners are so hands on. They even live in the park. One of the best things about them is how they do there background checks. Claudia's is such a safe place to live in a country setting near I-5 🏠😎🏠 I highly recommend Claudia's! They are affordable housing in turbulent times...

We've lived here several years, now. The lots are larger, mine is shaded, with a roomy carport and storage. There are clubhouse facilities and the roads and grounds are well maintained. Our rent has gone up quite a bit in those years, reflecting the surrounding property values, but, compared to similar, local RV and mobile home parks, its very reasonable. The vetting process is thorough which means that my neighbors are people I'm not afraid of. Claudia's is clean, neat, with gardeners, fenced pets, and feels lovely year around.
Someone mentioned that Legal Shield is required which is a total falsehood. Real may be excited about his business, but he is gentle and respectful and NO it's not required! I am very happy to call this home and plan to continue doing so.

Claudia's Mobile Home park is the nicest I've seen in the area! The ground are well - kept, common areas maintained better than I've seen in other parks. The rents are far better also. The owner, Real, is a very nice, caring person! He offers everyone the opportunity to protect their family with Legal Shield! It is an amazingly affordable plan that I have used many times! No way could I have afforded an attorney before I discovered LegalShield! I'm thankful for such a caring owner who is passionate about protecting people! It's too bad some people refuse to see the benefits!

Our time spent here has been great. The park is well kept and the neighbors have been so kind. Real Lebuff was a very helpful and understanding landlord. He helped me with my lawn and taking a dump run to the dump when we needed it.

Real also introduced us to LegalShield. It has been great resource that has been used to help ensure that our family is properly protected in any legal endeavor we undertake.

I have lived here a year now and I really enjoy it. It's a great price for a two bedroom with your own shed and also a yard. Your allowed animals as long as you pay a small deposit. I was asked to join legal shield by my landlord and we accepted. It's been great having it, knowing that I have my own lawyer 24/7. It's a great area fairly quiet besides the artillery that you hear sometimes but even then it's just a couple booms and rarely do I hear the faint machine gun firing.

I drove my 33" RV out here 2 years ago from Florida due to a family crises. The owner named Real didn't have too it but he gave me a spot on he personal Ranch and I been happy to pay for Legalsheild side business. He is very passionate about it, and some people just don't know what to make of that. Its his RV lot and I am telling you all, he is a very good man and trustworthy!

Nice place with a good ownership. Claudia is the best. Wish I could stay there. I had awesome neighbors. I looked at other places but liked how these spaces had sheds for storage and it also give privacy on one side. seems like the other Parks the travel trailers were exist side-by-side with no privacy. I would definitely recommend it.

Claudia's rv park is the best place to live I love it here. The owner Real is a great guy the first week I was there I had an issue with my RV because I still new at RV living and he came right over to help. I really am grateful to be living here.

Great park with wonderful people. All of our neighbors have been freindly and welcoming. The owner, Real LeBeuf, and his nephew Jessie have been very helpful and accommodating since we moved in. Real is very passionate about LegalShield but does not force tenants to join, my fiance and I were willing to try it out and actually have made a little money recently. Best park in the area for the price.

Visited Matthew so he could borrow the yard equipment to maintain his little lawn. After a good cleaning we took him out to lunch. Then came back and loaded up the equipment and stopped past Michael's house. All in all a nice weekend drive to visit relatives.

Good neighborhood quiet, clean, most people are friendly, and you get your own car port with storage, which most parks don't have for RV lots. Have lived here over three years now so if you plan on staying long term it's better then the movie theater parking lot you get at other parks around here.
