Customer support was amazing and the car was in and out in a short time relative to the issue that was had. Everyone was super friendly and the staff gave us all the help that we needed. Went above and beyond for us and we can’t thank them enough for helping our road trip get along smoothly.

Fast service. They were able to get my motorhome in just a couple days whereas the competition was 30 days. They were able get all the work I needed done in a very timely manner. There was a bit of miscommunication, but after talking to Matt it was straightened out right away. I would definitely recommend Advanced Fleet for any repairs needed.

I'm very pleased with there product and the staff was great to deal with. I plan on doing more business with them in the future and have been recommending them to others in my area. I would gladly make the 10 hour round trip again for the good price and service.

They were able to get my pickup in and guaranty the day that it would actually be in and diagnosed. I received a phone with the results and an estimated repair cost. It was done by the next day. I will be back when this pickup needs a repair again.

After seeing an ad of theirs and reading the reveiws I decided to try them out. I was impressed. Customer Service was great. . They seem to be knowledgeable in what they are doing and explained everything that's wrong. I recommend them and will return
. . No high pressure sale to do anything you don't want done.

We were driving home to Montana from Maine when our check engine light came on in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. Advanced Fleet Services worked us in immediately. They didn't have the ERG part that was causing the problem (at home we were told nobody can get this part), but they cleaned our's so thoroughly that the van is now still working perfectly several months later. They were very busy and could have charged me thousands of dollars for an emergency and for all the work they did, but they charged me $150 and we made it home in time for a dinner date with friends!!!!!

The guys in the front Mike, Matt, Darren and Michael always greet you at the front door with a smile on their face. A great place to get your vehicles worked on. I suggest them to everyone I can!

What I had asked from them was never completed, chalk it up as miscommunication or whatever but they seem like genuine and caring people. I will return when im looking for a shop to work on a truck

Dedication to customer service, quality and getting the job done right! We brought both truck and stock trailer in to the crew at Advanced Fleet Services and it was not and easy fix by any stretch. They made sure the job was done right and took care of us each step of the way. If you are traveling in Bismarck this is the place to go for your RV needs. The staff are all exceptional. I took my RV in just to have it gone over to make sure everything was in great working order before going into the Badlands and these guys were awesome. They checked everything on my RV, motor, fluids, transmission, fluids, tires, brakes, generator, axles, everything and found her to be in great shape. They also have me some places to visit on my way westward. I told the I like quirky stuff so they had lots of quirky places for me to see. They are very busy but well worth the wait to get in. Thanks to all the wonderful people at Advanced Fleet Services in Bismarck, ND. You guys are the best.

Very reasonably priced oil changes & super convenient pickup & dropoff of vehicle…usually the worst part of getting your vehicle maintenance.

We had a bad fuel issues and they got us up and running. Thanks to Darren (PRIMO ) Stave. And Brandon Sornes. We got back on the road. I enjoyed talking with all the guys. See you next year for maintenance.

I have been working with Advanced Fleet for almost 12 years for my personal car and my many work trucks. They have always been courteous to myself and my staff. Repairs have been quick and reasonably priced. I would recommend Advanced Fleet to all my friends and family for any car, truck, vehicle repairs and regular maintenance!!

Very accommodating and easy to work with. I appreciated the checkup they did listing any issues they found. I also appreciated that they did not try to push any repairs but simply explained to me what they found and gave me the option to make any repairs as I wanted. I will be back.

These folks are great. Always greeted right away at the door, and they always answer the phone. They always get me scheduled within a couple days and they're ready to work when I get there. I usually wait on site but shuttle service is a great benefit when needed. Price, service, quality, and speed are all better than dealership. I hit a snag once on what should have been an easy driveway repair and they bailed me out with some immediate help.

1st time using Advanced Fleet. Very pleased! Customer service is the best!!
