They were able to book me the same day I called and the massage was wonderful! I got a deep tissue massage and it was both painful (in a good way) and relaxing. The room was warm and cozy and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Don't waste money on a 2 hour massage you might get 90 minutes but they will be gone for at least 30 minutes during your time

I called and made an appointment for 6 pm. When I arrived at 6 I was asked to wait 30 minutes. That was frustrating because why allow me to make an appointment if no one was available? I would have been happy to arrive at 6:30. But sitting around for 30 minutes is a bit annoying since I was not a walk in. So I reluctantly sat down in the chair to wait and the woman motioned me to the door and said “30 minutes”. What??? I have to actually leave and come back in 30 minutes? I understand there is a language barrier, but that was disappointing to say the least. At that point it seemed pretty sketchy and I did not end up returning to get a massage.

I had an appointment for 3pm. First it was hard to find, then the elevator was broken. Then I rang the bell and she said sorry too busy and she couldn’t take me. I told her I had an appointment so I was confused and asked if I could come back later and she said no not until the next day and she wasn’t even sure about what time. I will never go here.. take your money and business else where. I based my whole day around doing this. This is the reason people make appointments so you can have a schedule and stick to it and not over book yourself.

Don't go unless you're going by yourself. I tried to go with my girlfriend and we got turned down because the lady will only accept one person.

I would not recommend this place I called 2 1/2 hours prior to my appointment I made an appointment over the phone for a 90 minute session for $100 I was supposed to arrive at 3 o’clock when I get there I was told they cannot do this 90 minute session because they’re very busy when in fact I booked a 90 minute session over the phone and not to mention they tried to give me a different price than what they gave me over the phone not professional very irritated
