Tracie and her team provided unbelievably outstanding service! Everything Tracie said she would do, she did. And far more. She made selling my house absolutely painless and incredibly easy for me. I had reasonably high expectations for her, and was blown away as all my expectations were far exceeded. I don't usually make recommendations but note that it would be a mistake to not choose Tracie when in need of a real estate agent.

Tracie is amazing. She helped us find our home and guided us throughout the process. She was super patient and helpful answering every question we had along the way. The best thing about working with Tracie was she was never pushy, gave us all the details and suggestions but let us think through and never rushed us. I worked with Tracie in 2020-2021 and highly recommend her. She was thoroughly helpful, extremely professional and very responsive and hands on. This was smack dab in the middle of the pandemic when real estate inventory was at an all time low and so were mortgage rates but it was extremely hard to find good properties. We were completely new to home buying and were certainly naive. Tracie walked us through all the steps, made sure we understood and was always open to answer any questions/anxieties we had. We never felt pushed by her to buy a property so whenever she gave her opinion we knew it was genuine. Tracie is also very friendly and personable. We feel she's now become a part of the family now and are greatly thankful to her for helping us find our home.

Tracie is truly amazing; we were having trouble with a mistake that our lenders made for our property taxes, and I was able to contact Tracie 2 months after our closing date and out of the blue, and she made calls right away (during the EVENING) and our problem was finally fixed the next day!!! If you are looking for a realtor, seriously, look no further!!!! Tracie is the real deal! I will recommend her to everyone I know. Fantastic customer service and she treats you like you are are genuinely important!!!

Tracie is absolutely amazing! We had an unconventional home to sell, and very specific needs for a home to buy. She has a breadth of knowledge and experience, which made all the difference in our selling and buying. Tracie has also developed a wonderful team - every one of them was knowledgeable, professional, and very kind hearted. We were supported the whole way by Tracie and her team, and always knew what to expect next. Selling and buying a home is hard, but Tracie helped us keep our eyes on the prize, and we couldn’t be happier.

Tracie was the best real estate agent to work with. She was helpful every step of the way. After our listing we had an offer 3 days after listing. While another agent from a different agency stated we would not be able to sell out house with many costly upgrades that he thought that needed done (granite counter tops etc).

Tracie helped us with a home purchase a few years ago, which she was very helpful and great to work with. When I needed to help my father sell a mobile home she also helped the whole process. She was very patient with us and with the whole process. It took a couple months to fine the "right" buyer as she had told me when things didn't go as we expected.
