Smoke Town

Some of the bad reviews feel out of left field to me. My experiences at this place have never been anything more than stellar. I first went there because they have my coils, which are rather hard to find. But I keep going back for more than that. They have a wide selection of juices to choose from, some of which are also tough to source. Their prices are great and I've never had anything but amazing service. Everybody who works there is knowledgeable, kind, patient and friendly. I would and do highly recommend this place to anybody who vapes or smokes.

Going to vape shops can be overwhelming especially if you don't know what you need or want.
The owners know all of their products and then some.
I always have concerns about the quality of a product especially something that I am going to have in my hand 19/7.
The owners always help with information and finding the correct product whether it Be mods, coils, juice, disposables or what not.
One of the largest selection of Juice and disposables around.
I appreciate the owners knowing all of their products and helping making informed decisions.
I always am treated as a valued customer and that is 80% of why I continue to frequent Smoke Town.
The other 20% is because they always have what I want.
The last time I was there which was around 6 weeks of the last visit, the woman owner asked a follow up question on my personal life that literally astonished me that she would remember me and my personal business.
I attribute this to real customer service and satisfaction!
A quality and skill many owners have forgotten; treat your customers like gold and they come back.
It sounds like an easy and solid business plan however most businesses are not able to execute at Smoke Towns Level.

The staff at smoke town were awesome they had something I thought I'd never find and really saved the day. They were super helpful and really nice.

Good amount of bongs and reasonable prices.
The girls there were very helpful.
One of them was wearing black shorts and has the best thighs ever. Wish every girl had that perfect thickness ratio lol

I called asking if the store had a certain time of coil in stock. The girl who answered the phone was very polite and attentive.
They were able to find the coils and put them on hold for me.
When I went arrived, the employees welcomed me. Asked if I needed help.
Both girl and gentleman were sociable, resourceable, friendly.

my go-to smoke shop, i love this place. chill staff, down to earth and friendly. plus they give great recommendations! nice prices, well-stocked and wide selection, clean, quick service, close by, parking can be kinda obnoxious but that's not anyone's fault. love that they have handmade stone pipes!

The gentleman who helped me,REALLY helped me. He went over all of the vast options I had and even went so far to make 100% sure that the coils I needed would work with my mod. If you want great product with awesome customer service, this is the place

I love this shop. Anytime I need a new vape or some new juice I go here. Super kind friendly staff. They don’t just try to sell you a product. Every time I go in they actually talk to me like a human instead of just a customer. I recommend to anyone wanting any vape or smoke stuff.

Gorgeous store with a very large selection to appeal to any smoker/stoner/vaper needs/wants. Employees know what they are talking about and are very kind as well as respectful, allowing them to find products that fit your needs as well as wants, when you are not fully certain of what to buy. Best smoke/vape shop to visit in Snohomish county for sure, plus their low prices

Great little shop,though curiously not a bit of real pipe culture in there amongst the glass pipes and stun guns. I was after a cavendish tobacco. Didn't end up finding any tho. Still stop through if you need anything else tobacco -ish.
