This facility owned by the tribe operated by the tribe as a tribal member have been denied medical treatment 2 times and invoiced. Inaccurate record keeping and sometimes no records at all. I would be interested in collaborating a class action lawsuit if anybody feels the same as me.there are major malpractice issues here. Turned me away with broken collarbone because they thought I was jest looking for pills. Update Laid in bed for a month Before I could get a orthopedic specialist to examine me I came away from there with chronic AC joint separation around the Is clavicle nerve compression.

They don't explain that you need a renewal on the prescription until your prescription expires. Basically denying you your meds for however long it takes to get in with a Dr again.
it is very simple to explain on their last prescription refill that it is expired and you have 30 days to get it renewed. Instead they give you 0 days to renew.

Inconsiderate, uncaring, rude and that’s just the pharmacy. Whoever Donna is she apparently has more authority than the Drs. Deciding who where and where you can get your meds.

Worst service, no one knows what going on and the staff is unbelievably rude (Melody). If could rated negative 5 stars I would. Covid testing SHOULD not be such a hassle.

Nobody knows what’s going on half of the time, they pass you off to different departments, everyone tells you something different and they don’t find a solution they find someone to blame.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a clinic. Ended up just leaving and going to Stanley it was much easier there.

Worst customer service in the state. Would give less than 1 star if it let me. Horrible services
