Beautiful overlook view of Lake Sakakawea and Little Missouri River. The history of the lake and area is very interesting.

If you are driving through New Town, it is worth the short stop to see the view. Especially beautiful at sunset in the summer.

Amazing panorama. Google says this is the Missouri River, but the signs on either side of the bridge say its Lake Sakakawea. Since its the largest man made lake in the country, its hard to know which is accurate.

Great views. Benches to sit and take it all in. The perfect place to stop and stretch your legs. Not a lot of space so not ideal for RVs is it's busy.

Beautiful overlook just over the bridge from 4 Bears. It's a shame people leave their trash behind.

Clean, and tidy. Especially right now not large crowds drawn to the look point which is a plus.

It's a great look out point to the lake and casino. It's clean and hopefully it stays that way. It's pretty windy also, but the the view is worth it.

I can feel the weight of history here. If we forget our past we are doomed to repeat it

This part of the United States is among the most beautiful. I appreciated the landscape and the pace of the people here. Even though we visited in high tourist season, the roads were a pleasure and we never felt crowded anywhere at all. This park and this high point are a wonderful place to find peace with the views of the rolling hills and water. Spectacular location.

Amazing view of Lake Sakakawea and the Four Bears Bridge. Excellent spot for Fourth of July fireworks viewing but you need to arrive early and bring your own chairs and mosquito repellent. Also there are some very steep inclines so young children need to be carefully watched. Be sure and read the interpretive signs and plaques. They are full of interesting information. The site once I overlooked the town of Sanish. It is now covered by water.

I've been up on crow flies High since I was a little kid about 5 years old back in the early 50s. No telling how many times the coach took the football team out there and went down the north side part way and back up again in the sixties. Every time I go up there I am stunned by the spectacular veiw.

Scenic veiw overlooking Lake Sacajawea, see the Buttes in the distance, gaze down where Lewis and Clark made their way up the Missouri River, of course there was no lake in those days, only the untamed and wild frontier and the inhabitants... the Native Americans who helped Lewis and Clark through winter and provided knowledge of the lands and people's they had yet to meet on the journey. Lewis and Clark went ashore in the Crow Flies High area, a small commemorative sign marks the date and purpose of the stopover.

This is a beautiful overlook of the Missouri River just across from Four Bears Village. Some Native American history and a great place to stop and take in the beauty.
