The Mandan Hidatsa & Sahnish Nation does exceptionally well in providing a state of the art fitness & wellness center for the people. Went for the Head Start Round-Up and everyone was super friendly and helpful.

I don't live in New Town but if I did, I would probably get an order restraining me from visiting here because I would all but live here. It is so nice!!!! WOULD 100% RECOMMEND.

It's a good place to gather yourself and get/stay fit. Sauna is good. First come first serve, only 4 people to the fitness area at the moment because of the covid. Cardio upstairs in the gym area.

Lots of options for any type of work-out, awesome basketball court and post work-out therapy options like the sauna and hot tub are a great touch.
