Superior Court of the District of Columbia

I have had the opportunity to photograph many ceremonies here at this courthouse and have had nothing but good experiences every time. Checking in is quick, and the ceremony itself goes by pretty quickly.

I have to give DC Superior some love. This is a very busy court, that handles pretty much every kind of case. Many of these cases are challenging, for a variety of reasons. My experiences before the Superior Court judges have largely been positive, and while the judges do not always agree with me, which is a small negative ;-) , the jurists are very high quality. The building is old, and it's almost always a madhouse, but this court does a good job in a high-degree-of-difficulty environment.

The staff at Superior Court are very nice individuals and very professional.

The US Marshals are absolutely wonderful! True professionals who exceed the call of Patriotism.

Very secure building. One feels safe unless you're the one locked up.
