Open to the public and there is honestly something for everyone here!! They have a made-to-order mongolian grill, stone fire pizza, pasta, deli, a grill that does burgers and chicken breasts, as well as made to order veggie and bean burgers, homemade soups, and a HUGE RAINBOW of a salad bar! If you have a food allergen, they have an allergen station with foods that don't contain the 8 major allergens: eggs, milk, gluten, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and soy! They even have a North Dakota Homestyle station AND a Caribou Coffee in the restaurant. For an $8.00 lunch and $12 dinner, you can't beat this!! And is a good excuse to get on top of the Umary hill, walk down the hall and see the beautiful view up here!

A great choice in Bismarck for an all you can eat option. A huge salad bar, soups, deli bar, caribou coffee, pizza, pasta made to order, stir fry, daily hot entrees and a grill with burgers and dogs. Plus the folks are friendly and the place is clean. Great value.

As a student at UMary I consider myself very fortunate to have had 24/7 access to the Crow's Nest. Now as an employee I still enjoy heading over to have lunch pretty much every day. The wide variety makes it a worthwhile stop for anyone maybe looking for something different than the normal stops in Bismarck.

The Crow’s Nest offered a ton of variety for food: I could grab something pre-prepared or order something made for me. There was an allergens station for those with any food allergies, and a full service caribou included with the door rate! The Bison meatloaf was outstanding. The Nest offered a bunch of different seating options for my group, allowing us to choose a space appropriate to our conversation. Great place! Those students at the University of Mary are lucky!

The nest is an incredible environment for food/fun/study all in one! The food is great, the amenities are more than enough for whatever you need and the staff are dedicated, friendly, and efficient! Wish I would have gone to school here!

I love the Crow’s Nest! There’s something new to eat every day, but also staples like pizza, burgers, and the deli. Best salad bar in Bismarck, and I love mixing and matching from the different food stations to make a nutritious meal! I love that you can get a Caribou coffee drink with your meal- my go to is the iced caramel latte. Open 24/7 during the school year!

This Cafeteria is beautiful and I am happy that it was built here on this campus to help connect the students and the visitors together. I have many memories and shared chats and hang time with ny friends and people I consider family. With the game section at the back and the newly added downstairs section, what place can beat this. It isn’t just about food in this cafeteria it is about making friends. I kinda wish the meal plans were way cheaper though

A great environment for families to come and enjoy an ever changing menu. Open till 7pm during the summer and turns into a 24 hour establishment during the school year. Serving great home style food, pizza, pasta, allergy friendly items, along side Caribou specialty coffees and a variety of pastries, bars, and cookies.

You might think it's just a college cafeteria, but the Crow's nest is not your average college food trough. It is more of a upscale full-service buffet. You can get the usual pizza and pasta, but there is a whole lot more. Anyone can come and eat here, not just students!

I was a student at the University of Mary from 2014 - 2018. At the start of my higher education, the "Caf" was what anyone would expect from a University cafeteria.
Around my Senior year, UMary opened the Lumen Vitae University Center. With this new building came a MASSIVE transition in the quality of food served on campus.
I now work on campus and take every opportunity to eat in the restaurant that I can.
The new restaurant that was opened on campus is not something to miss.

I love the ambiance and options presented. They send out periodic surveys and adjust food and atmosphere accordingly - I always feel like my voice is heard. The food is made well and I enjoy eating here, even for months at a time.

The Crows Nest dining experience was one of simply majestic measures. The food was American and the ice cream machine produced the purest most succulent ice cream I've ever touched to my lips too. The nest also provided me with the crispiest and most flakey nuggs of my life and to call this kingdom any less then a restaurant would be an insult to the laboring citizens that work at the 24/7 dine-in restaurant. Once a man told me he wanted to take me to this slice of heaven, and when calling upon my ears he said "would you like to go to the cafe?" If I had known before of the mystical wonderland called the Crows Nest I would of pummeled his tushie due to the insulting vulgarity in calling a fabulous restaurant no more than a campus cafeteria. The emotion drawn out of me by this gorgeous landmark is so strong that words can not describe the magic that is the Crows Nest Campus Restaurant Proudly sponsored by Scheels presented by Steve and Elien Scheel unless one makes the expedition to visit it themselves.

Love the Crow's Nest--all too much, I fear, for the diet. Really enjoy the Mongolian Grill and the pizza station, learning to love the salad bar, but it's...complicated. In any event, keep up the good work!
