I have called regarding my new prescription 4-5 times and have been on hold with that obnoxious message for 20 minutes then was disconnected. When I finally got through was asked to leave a message which has never been returned after 4

Once my prescription arrived the staff reached out several times with updates and were very pleasant to deal with.

I have been getting a compounded script for here a few months now. I am so happy with their work and customer service. I have had no side effects, and the meds are working as expected. Love highland

Great place! The service was friendly and prompt. Ample parking space and they also have a drive-in window. The interior has a very homey feel to it. Would definitely recommend.

I waited 5 days for a CVS to get a medication that was out of stock. After two "it should be in tomorrow's", finally told me they had no idea when it might arrive. I called a second CVS. Med also out of stock, but recommended Highland Pharmacy. I called Highland, med was in stock, and my prescription was filled. Staff were very pleasant and seemed to care about my health.

Highland pharmacy is the best Pharmacy that I have ever used. They do their best to get you the prescription that you need. I always feel good after leaving Highland Pharmacy because of the pleasant and friendly atmosphere while I shop there. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous and they are the most humble and caring staff that I have ever known in my life. Shopping at Highland Pharmacy is a good experience and I highly recommend their pharmacy for all your medication needs.

I have used Highland Pharmacy for 13 years since moving into Spruce park. I have seen many changes but I feel like the current staff and ownership is the best in my experience. The staff is always prompt, they take phone requests and I have specifically been helped by Leo and especially Julie. Julie has taken the time to make sure my medications are received and responded to by my pcp and she always follows through. She is committed and caring which is a rarity these days. The whole staff including the owner are welcoming and decent.

My visit to Highland Pharmacy to get my second booster shot was very pleasant. The lady who checked me in was very kind and accommodating. Shannif administered the vaccine. He was informative, patient, quick and polite. It was a very nice and relaxing experience.

My wife and I received our COVID-19 vaccine at Highland Pharmacy. The process was well organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience!

The vaccine is covered by Medicare and we were, of course, not charged any fees at Highland Pharmacy.

I was having a very hard time with one of my prescriptions getting filled. They were so extremely helpful and patient with my husband and I, and it all really helped through the rough time the insurance was giving us. They also did everything they could to help us with the insurance issues. Both my husband and I talked to many of their employees over this time. Great pharmacy! All pharmacy staff are professional and treat their customers with love dignity and respect I have not had a pharmacy like highland! I highly recommend it! One of their outstanding compounding pharmacist's is Jessica Shaw who has helped me through medication withdrawals, and given me excellent advice on other meds I am on. My daughter had an error on her compounded prescription due to a miscommunication from the prescriber's office. Although it was not the pharmacist error, it was quickly corrected. Highland Pharmacy has served me well for 15 years. Although I no longer live in the area, I continue to use them for my compounded formulas. Prices are competitive and I trust the quality of ingredients, which is very important to me! I always ask for Leo when I call, who has always been very friendly and helpful!
