I reached out to this florist for the first time since I live in Dallas. The young lady that I talked to was very friendly and professional. She immediately identified the floral arrangement I wanted sent to my daughter. I gave her my information and the order was sent bright and early on the day I requested. My daughter loved the arrangement and so did I!!

I called from Oklahoma to send flowers to my bestie, the girl on the phone was super sweet, helpful, and patient! The bouquet is ADORABLE and exactly what I wanted! 10/10 recommend!

Caruso has been our 'go-to' florist for all floral needs including birthdays, anniversaries, get-well and sympathy expressions for at least the past 30+ years. Their product is created with great care. The staff is meticulous and always accommodating. Would never consider using another florist.

I called Caruso from my home in California and arranged multiple arrangements to be delivered to friends joining me in Washington, D.C. for my son's wedding. Everything was PERFECT. Caruso's staff is kind, patient, creative, pays close attention to detail, warm and generous. I couldn't have been more pleased. And my friends were delighted with each arrangement that greeted them when they arrived in Washington.

Talk about coming through in a pinch! I really appreciate how available and helpful Caruso's was on a day I needed flowers delivered on short notice. Also, it was close to Valentine's Day and another florist I reached out to was out of flowers! This delivery was for an important office event and needed to be handled quickly. Caruso's stepped up to bat and hit a home run for us! The flowers were beautiful and everything was perfect.

The Caruso staff member who took my order was friendly, patient and very helpful. The delivery was on time; the flowers were beautiful -- fresh, nicely designed and lasted for almost two weeks! I will definitely use them again.

I wish I could post pictures because words cannot do justice to the beautiful bouquet arranged for my friend wishing her a speedy recovery after a hospital stay. I was worried initially ordering online because it’s hard to tell what you will get—after delivery I can attest that every stem was gorgeous and meticulously chosen, and to top it all off arrived same day! We ordered flowers from a distance for a family member. With online orders, you don't know what to expect, but we definitely make an excellent choice. Our family member sent a picture, and the flowers were amazing! High quality and reasonable price!

Caruso Florist helped me out in a pinch! They were able to put together four beautiful table centerpieces for my wedding with only 3 weeks notice. I brought in the vases, told Steve my vision, and he/his team delivered! The flowers were gorgeous and my vases were very well taken care of. His prices are VERY reasonable for this area. I highly recommend calling Caruso's and talking to Steve about florals needed for any event! You won't regret it.

Amazing customer service! I had to change the delivery address last minute (the morning of) for Valentine's Day Flowers that were being sent to my fiance.
I called Caruso's office and their staff was very nice and helpful - the delivery had actually already gone out with their driver, but they reached out to them right away and had the shipment re-routed to the new address. Thank you!!

Caruso’s is a veteran owned florist with a very excellent record and quality, much better than any other in the area, and can do a regular or scheduled service to Arlington. I first found Caruso’s a year ago when we needed a florist quickly on a short notice to produce a number of bouquets for my father, MgySgt/SgtMaj Herbert Moses, who passed away Nov 5th 2020. Not only did they do an exemplary job, they did so with care and speed. It was such a great job, that I have a standing order of flowers to be delivered every two weeks to my father at Arlington.

I was originally concerned that Arlington groundskeepers would remove the flowers after a few days and was super surprised to discover the flowers are still there after a week (see below). I’m not affiliated with Caruso, they don’t pay me anything, and they didn’t ask me to write a review. I just read the last guy’s review complaining about Latex balloons not lasting a weekend, and anyone with kiddos knows that they don’t last but a couple days esp when it’s cold out. Not fair of a review for a truly great florist (and not a balloon shop). Thank you so much everyone at Caruso’s for honoring my father with so much care.

Our office wanted to give our office manager flowers for administrative professionals day. Initially I looked online but our collected funds seemed below the cost of the average bouquet or the delivery date was too late. I remembered Caruso was near us and called them on a whim asking if they could custom make something for our $60. Sure enough they could and with a vase and everything. It was beautiful. And it's a long running local family business. Best place to get flowers in DC.

We used Caruso Florist for the centerpieces at my daughter's graduation dinner...the flowers were vibrant and bursting with fun! Other patrons in the restaurant were even complimenting us on how gorgeous the centerpieces were at our tables! I was also pleased with how the floral designer was able to understand exactly what I wanted over the phone- he hit the nail on the head!
The quality of the flowers was amazing as well, its rare that you see roses this vivid in terms of color anymore. Totally exceeded our expectations, thank you Caruso Florist!

I used Caruso Florist & Flower Delivery for an academic conference at a hotel in Arlington. They provided centerpieces and a podium arrangement. I gave very minimal instructions other than that I wanted to be able to use them for three days and that I didn't want any pungent lilies. Their prices were very reasonable, they were incredibly easy to work with, and delivery was right on time. The arrangements we received were GORGEOUS and really tied the room together. We let attendees take them home following the conference and our guests were delighted because they were so beautiful and the perfect autumn palette. I highly recommend Caruso Florist for event florals.
