Was kinda busy when I got there, but the wait was minimal, and the nicest gentleman helped me--the customer service was fantastic! Every employee seemed happy and stayed positive even with the small crowd. And.. A Krispy Kreme donut is always delicious!

I love the regular glazed donuts here and usually only get those, but I tried a couple of others, and the fall selection was delicious. The blackberry cobble was to die for, and the apple crisp I think it was called was great. I've always thought they lacked in flavor, and I still do, but those two fall varieties were great. The maple donuts here suck as do most others, Besides the plain glazed. The cake donuts are not good at all to me.

Went in 10 minutes before closing on st patrick’s day (wearing green for my free donut) i asked who the man who looked like he was in charge if they gave free donuts on st patrick’s day and he said if you are wearing green. I don’t say anything i just look at my arm cuz im wearing my green hoodie and he says “Ok give a free donut to the man in green” I was so happy and excited and then the lady gave me 2 free donuts and i think she said because they were closing in 10 minutes. I left the store happy. A easy 5 star review

On 1/20 I came in to deliver donuts for a nonprofit I used to work for. Got to this location and found out the nonprofit forgot to place the order for their fundraiser- manager offered if I waited an hour to get me 50 boxes of donuts ready, he got the order done in about half the time and one of the ladies working even helped me load into my car. Totally saved the day for the nonprofit I was helping- service was above and beyond what I ever would have expected- I was expecting that we would have to postpone the fundraiser entirely. Way to go guys! I cannot praise this location enough, amazing team and amazing leadership by the manager in charge! You guys are all rockstars!!

OMG we were told we had to stop here by friends that live in Oregon so we did. The classic donut was so warm and buttery it melted in your mouth 1000% recommend a stop at Krispy Kreme

Best donuts in the world! Brought our dog with us into Krispy Kreme and they greeted us kindly with a smile and a doggie treat made her happy. Excellent customer service at this Krispy Kreme. The employee’s are well trained and top notch!

I haven't been to a Krispy Kreme often, but recently I have visited a few times near closing to pick up a dozen or two. Though the donuts are not hot and half of them may have been sold out, I especially appreciate the service provided by employees (especially after a long day near the end of a shift). My most recent interaction was with Scott, the night manager, who was very helpful and fun to talk with. He was very kind and made many of my kind of jokes, so I really appreciate the pick-me-up at the end of a long day. Excellent customer service! The donuts are also tasty and smell delicious. If they aren't warm, just pop them in the microwave for 8-12 seconds to get that perfect warmth. The new renovations also look really nice, more open and more seating. Thank you, Kripsy Kreme!

Okay y'all I just had one of those moments that restores your faith in humanity a little bit. I just pulled into the Krispy Kreme over on Southeast 82nd less than 5 minutes before they're closing, and asked if they still had any of the Hanukkah donuts left because my son has been sick the last several days and a lot of the fun things we'd normally do weren't possible. Today he was finally feeling better and I had to work late and it's the last night of Hanukkah, so I barely made it to Krispy Kreme before they closed. I really expected pulling in just a couple of minutes before closing that they might not have much left or that they would be irritated with me. But the guy at the drive-thru was so kind and went above and beyond. He made my day brighter. :)

So to the really great guy at the Southeast 82nd Krispy Kreme drive-thru tonight, thank you!

The man working was so happy and fun! All of the Valentines day donuts were delicious!!!😋😋 They renovation of the lobby is excellent.

My favorite part of Krispy Kreme that sets it apart from other places is the conveyor belt of glazed doughnuts being made in front of you. The doughnuts are always fresh and yummy, and it’s extra special to see them being made before your eyes.

Great costumer service skills, Sue helped me and she went above and beyond to look at some ingredients. I highly recommend this place . All the staff had a big smile that helps a lot

Great donuts at reasonable prices. I've only been here when it's empty. I dont think this place is ever crowded. There is also a drive through in case you dont want to leave your car.

Manager and employees were accommodating of my coupon and had no hassle. Clean and friendly environment. Lots of space inside to eat
