These guys really understand what costumer service means. I almost never asked for help, because the front desk employees usually don't care if they have the part that you are looking for, and they just say, "I'm sorry, we don't have it". But in this place, they really pay attention of what you need. They quickly asked me what I was looking for, and they solved my problem fast and with a good alternative. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back next time.

I am so impressed with Anna at your San Mateo branch in Albuquerque N.M. 87109. I needed curb service because it's very difficult to use my walker. Anna was very courteous and went out of her way to help me. You don't find customer service like that anymore! I will go back!

Easy to shop online and then pick up part. Solid staff and easy returns. I have modified vehicles so I often have to test fit parts, staff doesn't hesitate to pull parts for me to compare. Seem to have higher quality parts than other shops.

The guys literally went above and beyond. I had gone to Autozone 3 times to find out the hose I needed for my car, they didn’t carry. Napa was able to find it right away and get it ordered for me in less than 5 minutes. They also helped me find a few other things, explained pieces I might need, and got me out in less than 10 minutes. They were extremely friendly and understanding on the phone and I definitely will continue to give them my business!

Great customer service. Prices seem comparable with the cheaper popular competitors. I was in to do a little prices shopping. I live out of town and they associate Informed me they could have it all ready on a single pickup when I was ready.
