Worst experience in my life with a insurance company. Horrible experience!!!!! At one point Mr. Jones had our home and farm insured along with 4 vehicles. Our experience with Mr. Jones was horrific. Constant harassment over life insurance after multiple requests to cease along with listing our chicken houses with another property for an additional $300+ fee. (These are currently covered with the farm house for no additional coverage fees through State Farm). Mr. Jones has continued to call and harass us after departing his agencies insurance company. Today I wrote Mr. Jones a cease contact letter; hopefully, this letter will stop the unwanted phone calls and harassment from him over his life insurance policies.

Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.
