Amazing motel! Stayed here last night for the first time in Cedar City. Clean, updated, beautiful rooms, beautiful inside and out, great price with military or senior discount. Conveniently right off the freeway. Quaint little house next door for delicious breakfast. This will be our stop every time we drive to Arizona for the winter.We highly recommend Abbys Inn.

We got a hot tub room (Anniversary Suite) and it was awesome. Very clean, tons of towels and a nice shower. We got dressed up and were headed out to dinner and my wife needed a safety pin for her dress. We stopped at the front desk and asked if they by chance had one and I had 2 guys looking all over for one. They found a sewing kit in about a minute and gave it to me. That saved our dinner reservations.....VERY COOL!

Amazing little hotel in Cedar City. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was all friendly and helpful.

They also serve breakfast in the small cottage house on the property, ample selection of various breakfast items.

We’d be happy to come back and stay here next time we visit Zion!

This is the best hotel and best value that I've stayed in ever. It has been updated, the bed comfortable, it is very clean and the staff is so friendly. The breakfast is nice and several choices are available. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Thia hotel has everything that necessary for both business and vacation use. The room interior is new and modern. They have good pool and gym, and staff is friendly. I would like to consider coming back.

I do not usually leave reviews to places, but some places are so good, and deserving that I must. My gf and I made a choice to stop our 1500 mile road trip and chose this hotel, not only was the booking easy, it was super afordable, and apon arival the person behind the desk at 12am was sweet, nice, and knowledgable. (Yall give her a shout out or pay raise, night shift isnt easy) on top of that, we learned its outside entrance as in older style motel, but the INIRE FACILITY is CLEAN, spacious, well kept and modern. Glad to show a local owned company some business. We were allowed to eat breakfast in the little house to the side of of the parking lot, (super cool) and alsp use the pool house after they extended our checkout time. Was amazing and well worth the money spent. Everyone here is amazing and sweet. Way to go Abbey Inn. Keep it up!!!

Extremely clean, felt real fancy for the price we paid. Front desk folks were lovely and gave us chocolates when they heard it was our anniversary. EXCELLENT breakfast that was continually cooked hot and fresh up until it closed. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided in the room. Bed was comfortable and we slept really well. Noise from other guests was not an issue. The indoor pool was really nice until some kid compromised it, but staff came immediately to take care of it. Maids can be tipped digitally. Overall I’m really impressed and pleased with this place.

The costumer service and check in was great. It is outside access but if you have ground floor it is very convenient. The pool and spa pool are clean and it has a summery environment. The full course continental breakfast was delicious. Great place to stay if you are in the area.

I loved my stay at the Abbey Inn. They had non dairy (almond milk, oat milk) and gluten free options at breakfast. So thoughtful to consider those with dietary restrictions. The staff was very kind!

Very clean. Newly remodeled rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Close to the university and downtown. I'd recommend this to anyone spending time in Cedar City.

Large, clean room with all amenities needed for a great visit to Zion. Great breakfast and lots of food options nearby.

The gem of Cedar City. Outstanding customer service (looking at you Madi & Addison) with recently updated rooms. This place is clean and adorable. Can’t go wrong.

This place is a five star based on friendly service, location and a clean updated room. It is not fancy but provides a clean comfortable place to stay and the free breakfast is good.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It is on par with other very large chains with similar product lines, however Abbey Inn in my opinion did a way better job. The beds and pillows were so much more comfortable than the big chain we usually stay at when road-tripping. The furniture and decor was modern and nicely coordinated. Great closet, and bathroom was nicely appointed. The room had a microwave kitchenette little area near the closet and bathroom. The tile floors were perfect for those of us traveling with pets. The tile didn't make the room feel cold because of the nice decor. I loved how we could back our car right up to the door of our room and so effortlessly unload our car contents into the room. So convenient! And the complimentary breakfast was great! Everything exactly as you would get with the big chains, only little bit better quality I would say and the kitchen breakfast area was being tended to and kept very clean.

Really nice local inn in Cedar City. I was honestly surprised at how nice the room (and staff) were, especially considering its price point.

Room was clean, beds were super comfy, water pressure was nice, had a refrigerator and microwave. I am gluten free and always prepare for disappoint when it comes to hotel breakfasts but to my pleasant surprise they not only had gluten free options, they had everything labeled and kept the GF waffles and bagels separate and had a separate toaster. When I asked they were so happy to accommodate. This almost made me cry because I was glutened last week so I’ve been an emotional wreck for the past week (one of the many things that happens when I have gluten). So THANK YOU ABBEY INN!!! What a great way to kick off our weekend trip. I am so grateful.

Visited this place before Christmas and been there for 3 nights. It’s a really nice place with good staff, comfort and clean rooms and good breakfasts. I stayed there so I can easily go to ski in Brian Head and it’s a good experience, definitely recommended!!🤝🏻😀
