This local firm provides a good customer experience. I needed my Spanish Roof Tile repaired and called Yvonne to send someone over to give an estimate. Jacob the roof technician provided my quote and I authorized the repairs. The crew did a great job and kept me updated on the on going roof repairs and how they intended to installed better materials under the tile to prevent leaks, etc.
I recommend this firm for spanish tile roof repairs.

I would highly recommend this company for tiled roof repair. They were great, they were very nice and respectful. My roof had sone tiles out of place, one of them went up and placed the tiles, even glued them in place. They didn't charge me a cent. Did I mention my house is two stories?

The workers came every day by 8:30am and worked hard until the end of the day, taking only a lunch time off. Highly recommend them. Showed up on time, worked hard, and, cleaned up after their work. Couldn't believe all the work they did!!! Awesome company, great workers. If you have a tile roof these are the folks to take care of it!!!

The best roofing tile company

I hired Spanish Roof Tile Compnay (SRTC) to fix my roof in NE Albuquerque in 2017. They were referred by an unrelated building industry professional and in his words- "If you need repair on a concrete tile roof then Spnaish Roof Tile Company is the best in town." I had already taken estimates from 6 other roofers and invited SRTC to inspect and give an estimate. They gave me a reasonable estimate and unlike some guys never tried to up sell. But they were so busy at the time and they were unable to start work for a month or so.

When they did start I was impressed by their professionals from day one. They were always on time and left the site in order at the end of the day. Everyday they would explain to me what's being done on the roof and were happy to answer my questions. Theirs is a small company and they run a tight crew so there were some delays in the beginning- mainly due to a driver not being able to deliver material on time or lack of enough manpower. However, they never charged me more for the extra days it took to finish the job. I was not upset over this since they also made sure that everything was done professionally and in a safe manner.They are licensed, bonded and they guarantee their work. Overall, I am happy with my experience with SRTC.

Will not return any of my phone calls. My roof is under warranty and it's still leaking, I need them to address it and I'm getting no phone calls back!

We received a quote to repair our roof, then this company never returned our calls regarding setting a date for repair. Very unprofessional.

In 2017 we hired the Spanish Roof Tile Company to replace the entire roof on our home. The installation had a 10 year warranty. In August, we noticed we had some leaks and we could never get them to come out to our house to repair the damage.

They said they would come and they never show up. We left messages they never returned our calls.

It’s now January, five months later and we are going to hire another company to repair the damage.

Spanish Roof Tile Company put a new roof on our house in 2019.
They had to back once to fix a leak after the job was done. We got another leak last summer. We left numerous messages, went down to talk to the owner who said he would be out next Friday.
But so far no response(6 months ago). Do not use this company to do anything.

The previous owners of our house employed this business. The work they completed is sub-par. Every time it rains, the roof leaks. Despite MULTIPLE attempts to contact this business, they have not returned our calls or emails. Never again. Caveat emptor. Do NOT use this business. They're unprofessional, unreliable, discourteous and a poor value.
