Edible Arrangements

Fantastic experience! Bouquet of fresh fruit and chocolate was amazing as a gift for my daughters first day on her dream job.
Store owner made a special trip to deliver the arrangement for when my daughter finished work for the day.
Incredible Customer Service!

I placed an online order from out of state and was unsure of the serving size and actual amount of fruit in the arrangement I chose so I reached out to the store the morning of delivery to ask a ton of last minute questions….. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all my questions (Really, I had a ton ) I then expressed worry about delivery time as this was being delivered to an office building …. She then asked ME what time I would prefer and when I requested lunch time (which was only 2 hours from my call) She told me she would do her best to make it happen AND SHE DID!

In the end I was told the arrangement was huge and everything was delicious!!! Very positive experience and would highly recommend this location!!!!

I definitely have to give this location some sort of recognition for their customer service, especially for Susanna.I work in the heart of Georgetown And purchase from this location on a bi weekly basis and each time I have received superb customer service especially from Susanna. This store is a model for the type of customer service that I expect from Edible Arrangements. Not only is the customer service excellent but the fruit is also always fresh and sweet. Susanna always gives suggestions whenever I’m indecisive. I will continue to go out of my way to come to this location due to the customer service and the Delicious Fruit served here. Keep up the great work!

This is a pre-opening review.

My wife and I go to Georgetown once per month for dinner and to walk around. We were excited to see this store opening but disappointed that it was not open yet.

While peering in window, the owner came out and was extremely nice to us. She showed us around and asked when we would be back and said the opening should be soon.

If that is an example of how the store will run, it will be an incredible store. Good Luck.

Always good, but order was not ready for pick up when promised. Fruit is best enjoyed the first day, after that the strawberries tend to go bad quickly.

Interesting Deco style and nice noodle food
