AMAZING customer service. Wish I would have checked the young man’s name tag. He was very helpful and attentive. Unfortunately they didn’t have what we needed but he was able to point us in the right direction.

Friendly employees who are happy to help. The store is bright and clean and well organized. Finding what I needed was a breeze. If I need anything again while on the island I'll come here.

needed some things for my RV they didn’t have it but 2 gentlemen were looking for a way to make a fitting.. they took there time to help me out when they could’ve just ignored me… Awesome place

Lesson learned: this medium-sized local hardware store is far better than the big box stores. We had assumed that we had to go to Brownsville to get some specific plumbing connectors, and spent hours at a total of three major stores there, searching through astonishingly disorganized sets of connectors. Decided we might as well try the local place--they had the part, we were helped by a very knowledgeable, friendly employee, and the store was impeccably well-organized. We'll try here first from now on.

Had to go there twice for small items, staff was very friendly and helpful and knew where every little thing was. Prices are good even though they have basically a monopoly. Thanks Coastal Hardware

We were in the area for a couple months.We had several projects that came up.We absolutely loved the customer service that they provide. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They had everything we needed.You don't have to hunt for anything.They will help you as soon as you enter the store. We enjoyed the friendly great customer service.

Open on Sunday, and they had what I needed. Dock cleats, actually quite a nice selection of boat gear, decent price too. Clean store.

Everyone here is so helpful. It’s nice to stay local and not have to go to one of the big stores 25 miles away. One person helped us find the right screws and other things. He stayed with us until we found everything we needed. Had another associate discuss possibilities on how to fix a leaking garden hose.

I was surprised at the selection they had. Star was super friendly and helpful. I got the parts to fix my plumbing issue and was out in no time at all.

I found what I needed - nuts and bolts to replace lost nuts and bolts (not the ones in my head...). The last that helped us was extra helpful and the cashier was great at taking our $$ 😁
