I am impressed with my ordering experience with English Rose Garden. I was notified personally once the flowers were delivered and appreciate this exceptional touch of customer hospitality. The flower arrangement, which was exquisitely as pictured online, was sent to a friend who recently lost her mum. She texted me a photo in her thank you message. Thank you, again, for the prompt delivery which brightened the day of someone who is grieving. You have gained a new customer future forward!

ERG is my go-to florist when I want to impress! Taraneh is an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, white-glove service. Her flowers are always stunning—top quality, fresh, abundant, and artistically arranged. Even the most discriminating recipients never fail to be amazed, saying they are the most beautiful arrangements they have ever received, and reminisce about them for years after! I’m a bit torn about putting the word out there, because I want ERG to be my secret weapon!

Yesterday morning English Rose Garden delivered my absolutely gorgeous premium white orchids! I have never before ever seen orchids like this from any other florist or store. They were so fresh and the blossoms were so white! Even the white vase that the owner Tareneh chose for my orchids was exquisite!
I called her with a lot of questions about how to take care of them, since she is the expert on orchids, roses and all other flowers. She patiently gave me a lesson/education on how to give them proper care. Her service was above outstanding! I cannot more highly recommend her. She is my new favorite personal florist. I am very happy and will be enjoying my orchids for a very long time!!

Ordered the Autum Arrangement for my daughter's birthday, for the 2nd year in a row! She says it's stunning! I ordered online and it was easy. Delivery went smoothly. I am 100% satisfied. Lovely florist. Will order again!

We ordered flowers for our small wedding and they were gorgeous. The team was wonderful to work with, they delivered on time and beautifully packaged. I will use them again for any event I have in Washington, D.C.

Highly disappointed. My husband previously purchased me beautiful arrangements from this flower shop. I always preferred their work because of the intention and design they put into their arrangements. So you can imagine our surprise when we received these flowers. I included photos from different angles to show why we’re dissatisfied. It looks like zero effort was put into this bouquet, just a bunch of roses, lilies, and leaves thrown together. For this, we could’ve just purchased an arrangement from a grocery store like Whole Foods or Wegmans. Do better guys! This is not worth $260!

Very expensive and the staff don't really seem to want you there or to ask them any questions

My daughter sent the most beautiful arrangement of flowers. They arrived on Friday. I added water on Saturday by Saturday evening. They were already starting to wilt. By Sunday, all of the hydrangeas were wilted by Monday most of the others have started to wilt. This was after watering Daily.
They would’ve gotten a five star have they lasted because the arrangement was spectacular. However, 2 to 3 days something is very wrong. I spoke with another friend who said she had had similar experience.

The extremely overpriced roses are welting hours after we purchased them, even though we quickly put them in water.
