Emily's Place Coffee Shoppe

It’s crazy how close this spot is to where I live. How have I not been here?! Definitely a hidden gem if you live outside of Cibolo. The shop itself if adorable, adorned with vintage decor. The prices are extremely fair! I have no clue where else I can get a two LARGE cold brews with add ins and a cinnamon roll for $10. The coffee and cinnamon roll were both delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

Love this place!!! They are less expensive than Starbucks and the coffee is better. This coffee shop is a converted house with multiple rooms to sit in. It's fantastic for small groups that want to get together and meet. Lots of options for drinks and desserts. It's right next to the railroad tracks and their Decor is old railroad stuff. Very very quaint. Picnic tables outside to sit at if you're wanting to sit outside. Swing set and Playhouse for kids to play at while you enjoy your coffee and dessert. The parking right in front of the coffee shop is limited however across the street there is additional parking.

What a cute little place! Thanks to Discovery church for connecting me here. Coffee drink was good, many options. Lots of space to study or have a small group of people. I will def be coming back. As someone who is in SA temporarily, I felt very comfortable here and was treated well. Thanks!

You might think to yourself, "A coffee shop by the train tracks? Why on earth...!" But the train is very much part of the charm and draw of this place, I think. A few trains will actually run by if you hang out for a while. The coffee is really good and the service is exceptional. All the staff smiled and cooed at my baby, which I took as a good sign ;) The menu is pretty good with some colorful and creative drinks, like the Funky Monkey, Banana Split, and Hannah Banana (lots of banana drinks, come to think...). Many folks get frappes to cool off from the summer heat, but I usually get an iced mocha and some desserts. Some of my usual desserts are a warm cinnamon roll, carrot cake, and of course the delicious chocolate cannoli. My fav is the cannoli, 2nd to the cinnamon roll. Not a huge fan of their cream horn, though. I will definitely be frequenting Emily's Place for many years to come.

Met up here with friends yesterday. It was so nice. They made my drink a bit too sweet for me and immediately replaced it no questions asked. Everyone else loved their drinks too. Highly recommend coming here to sit and chill and have a nice drink. Their sprinkle cake looks delicious too, gonna have to come back and try it.🙂

Great customer service delicious baked items and coffee was perfect! I also love the take a book leave a book library and the take art leave art mini art room soooo sweet

Delightful little place with a touch of History. Too much Jesus for my taste but the coffee tastes great!

The cake is good. The coffee is good. The smoothies are superb. Cute shop and great for kids. Lattes are also really yummy. Staff is kind.

I had a Tuscan coffee with vanilla and almond it is a dream! Not to mention the vanilla chocolate cupcake. The cake was so moist and I loved the thick frosting excellent!

Coffee was amazing, prices even better. Amazing atmosphere, fun little play area for kids, nice lights around to hangout. Large menu for everyone in your group and the muffins are so moist! The draw back for me was the religion in a business. It turns me away but I do think this place has great coffee. VERY safe with COVID. This place did it right! You don’t touch a thing! Seriously.

Perfection in a cup, or on a plate. We loved relaxing outside and the service was tops. Great little place to spend some time with friends.

Very nice coffee shop. As if you walked in to a filming set of a Hallmark movie. The Trainwreck frappe was delicious. Great place to visit after you've had some delicious BBQ next door across the train tracks.

This is one of the best hidden gems in town! Muffins bigger than your fist, amazing slices of cakes! Delicious coffees, my favorite is the Train Wreck!

Took my family here for some drinks and snacks. I ordered a mangonana smoothie and a cheesecake. Both the smoothie and cheesecake were fantastic. The cheesecake is not as sweet and taste natural. Normally I am use to fatty cheesecake with lots of sugar. But the one I had tasted "clean" like not that much sugar and cream tasted authentic. If you are in the Cibolo area and want to grab a coffee, a smoothie, and/or a cheesecake stop here you will not be disappointed.

A tale of two chocolates is the perfect drink and the sandwhich was fresh and tasty. Will definetly make this part of my morning routine!!!

What's a Starbuck? I choose flavor and quality over a name brand any day! Emily's is a cozy and relaxed atmosphere with an easily homey feel to it. The cashier was more than courteous as well as the lady making the drinks. Was she Emily? I have no idea but I'll tell you this, it was made with the perfect amount of love and ingredients needed for an amazing experience. The dessert options are also something to look forward to on your visit which I can only hope is soon enough to spread the love and joy of Emily's Place!

I used to come here all the time when I was younger, and I absolutely LOVED it! I just took my boyfriend here for a little coffee shop Bible study, and it hasn't changed a bit! Aside from a few new decorations, it's all the same. The staff are as kind and welcoming as ever, and the drinks and food are delicious! THEY STILL HAVE A FISH!!!! I love this place!

This place was great! It had indoor and outdoor seating with very unique decor. And an excellent white chocolate mocha! Definitely will be stopping here again while I am in the area.

My daughter and I stopped here this morning and bought 6 cannolis.
It was my 1st time for these Italian pastries.
My daughter and son-in-law loved theirs.
I was not a fan.
Service was friendly and quick.
My thought is that if you like cannolis, you'll probably enjoy these.
