This was my first time going to the dentist in years and I was very pleased with the whole experience. They were all so friendly, helpful, and informative, from the front desk, the technicians, and Dr. Thomas. I would highly recommend coming here!

Dr. Thomas, Norma, Savannah & Terry made my 1st office visit with Monarch very pleasant. All team members were extremely knowledgeable & professional not as described with some of the reviews I read online. Honestly, I was expecting the worse due to these reviews; I was pleasantly surprised and have booked 2-more appointments based on my treatment plan. I am looking forward to my next visit.

My husband and I had not been to the dentist in several years. From the front desk, the hygienist, the assistant, the dentist, we received excellent and comfortable care. Highly recommend!

The doctor and staff went over the plan of action and provided the next steps. Assistant was beyond amazing as she reassured me throughout the entire procedure! Dr. Continuously asked if i was in any kind of pain through out. He did an amazing job of ensuring that i was comfortable and felt no pain. Rated 5 as that is the max but they definitely deserve higher rating!

I love coming in to see the same hygienist each time, unlike other places where you will see someone different. I know I’m in good hands and there is good follow up on my dental hygiene and health each visit. I highly recommend Monarch Dental!

I had my first appointment after 7 years without a cleaning or x-ray. I had lost a crown and forced to schedule an appointment. Dr Thomas and his staff from the Schertz clinic make me feel safe and secure from start to finish. He and his assistant were professional kind and compassionate, frequently asking me if I was ok, said just raise your hand if you need a break, and reassuring me that my additional concerns were not as bad as I was thinking... very attentive from front to back office. Thank you so much for taking care of me ❤

I just recently started as a patient at Monarch. I really appreciate the staff there. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, they are all very kind, thorough and have made me feel very welcomed. I was with a great staff before but at Monarch, I also have all of the dental/orthodontic care under one roof. I feel I'm in good hands!

Dr Annaba is very gentle, articulate and very knowledgeable. Office staff is organized and friendly. This was my first experience in this location and I was very pleased. I’m actually thinking of switching to this location rather than leaving Monarch dental entirely. I currently go to the monarch dental at the forum and am increasingly frustrated with them. Not returning phone calls, even after several messages, right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing, several hours of wait time, Dr Alankar, whom I like very much is looking exhausted and impatient and rushed. Something is very wrong at that location!wish they would figure it out because they used to be good as well, but not now

I had another great visit as always. My dental assistant did a wonderful with my oral exam.

I am so happy to have found Monarch! I’m receiving a high level of quality care as each staff member listens to my concerns and goes above and beyond to address my questions with the utmost patience and clarity. After a concern yesterday, a staff member said “We’ll take care of you,” which is the feeling I always get with Monarch, and it puts my medical anxiety to rest as I feel cared about as a patient and each visit is consistent so I know what to expect (which also helps with having this type of anxiety). Everyone is so friendly and warm and each staff member’s expertise keeps things running smoothly, from scheduling and billing, to the procedures, and everything is always discussed clearly with me. This is all a major part of that consistency and further puts my mind and anxiety at ease to trust that each experience with Monarch is going to be clear, concise, and easy (even when a little more extensive procedures are needed). I feel optimistic about receiving the best possible care, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I don't think I've ever had such a thorough dental exam in my 6-decade life! First, I was able to easily make an appointment online that was quick. Since I'm from out-of-town and was only going to be in town a short time,
this was important to me . There was ample confirmation follow-up. When I arrived at the office, it was sparkling clean and the staff was personable and professional. They took 2 sets of x-rays and then the dentist came in and gave the exam. Afterwards, the hygienist squeezed in my teeth-cleaning so I wouldn't have to come in a second time. I highly recommend Monarch Dental.

I recently had an appt as a first time patient at this location and I was so pleased with the service & procedure. Everyone made me feel very welcomed. The Dentist and Hygienist were very pleasant and informative. It's refreshing to still receive great customer service nowadays.

Both of my kids have been with Monarch Dental seeing the orthodontist and regular dentist for almost 8 years now. While we were forced to go there from our insurance initially, we’ve really come to appreciate them. The staff is extremely friendly and the dentist and dental staff have been the same for years. They take time to talk to each of my kids personally, they remember them individually. Both of my kids love going to the dentist. From cleanings to wisdom tooth removal to braces we are happy with everything. The office manager goes above and beyond to accommodate my teenagers forgetfulness and difficulty to schedule. Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff!

I haven’t had the opportunity to go to the dentist in a long time and was nervous. The team at Monarch were super friendly and the doctor’s number one priority was to make me feel comfortable above all other things, which he did very well. I left to eat lunch between portions of my appointment and even some of the staff that I had not spoken to before stopped to ask me how my lunch was when I got back. I’m so glad I went and instead of being nervous, I’m excited for my next appointment a few days from now to finish all the work that couldn’t be done on my first visit. As long as I have the option to continue going to Monarch, I will be, as well as recommending them to anyone else I know.

I am finally getting proper dental care with Monarch and it’s been running smoothly ever since. *SO* glad I finally found Monarch. I’m 38 and finally got braces and it’s made such a difference after needing them for years. Now I can go forward with getting other things taken care of that I need to have done, like a graft that I needed for so long and it feels nice to finally get things under control with proper dental care. Dr Thomas, Dr San Martin, and Dr Alghadgan, along with the entire staff has been outstanding and I am so happy and extraordinarily grateful to them to finally be getting great dental care. Not only that, but the receptionists are friendly from the moment I walk in, and the staff is friendly and puts me at ease, and their professionalism reminds me that while I may be nervous, it’s evident they’ve done this thousands of times before and it puts my mind at ease to know I’m in good hands.——Joline

95% of the staff is amazing! My first cavity and deep cleaning. I was super nervous! And they reassured me, were gentle and did an amazing job on my teeth.

Monarch scheduled us very short-notice for an emergency visit for our 7 year old daughter. They took great care of us and we couldn’t be more appreciative.

I needed emergency work on my teeth. I called Monarch Dental in Schertz. I got an appointment fast. When I arrived for my appointment the customer service was great and the doctors were very very knowledgeable and careful. The hygienist did a really good job on my teeth. I would recommend this place to anyone.
