Fix My Phone Plus

My phone was not looking good after falling off the hood of my car at 30mph onto the asphalt road😬. But I came in here and the tech said they could get it looking good as new in just 30 minutes! I went with the OEM option for my 12 pro max and do not regret it! The technician who did this repair is Amazing! Best work I’ve ever seen! 10/10

I had a puncture right on my camera lens (horror of horrors!) and the guys at Fix My Phone Plus assured me they could fix it, ordered the part needed, and fixed it within 20 minutes. Friendly, trustworthy, and capable. If I ever have another issue with my phone I'm heading straight back to them!

Awesome business! Had to bring my teenagers phone here cause Lord help us all if he has to go without his phone. But they fixed it quick and easy. Less than an hour I had it dropped off and picked up brand new. Definitely always coming here when I need repairs.

They did a fantastic job replacing my cracked screen. They had to order one and let me know when it was in. When I brought it in the building is beautiful and not overcluttered. There was no painful sales pitch or warranty hassle. There were signs, you could ask, but they did not force you into that painful conversation. He did a marvelous screen replacement on my phone, and even installed my replacement screen protector for me at no extra charge. He said it would take about 45 minutes, maybe an hour. I took my son next door to get his hair cut, and when we came back it was done!! I am thrilled. I have a durable tough phone that ubreakifix said they cannot fix. These guys at fix my phone plus did indeed fix my phone! Great place. I will definitely use them again.

As a veteran I look to support local and veteran owned businesses. During my travels I needed to have my phone screen repaired due to my own negligence dropping my phone, cracking the screen, having no case for protection. While visiting friends in Cibolo, TX this location was highly recommended. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome when I entered the store by the staff. They analyzed my phone informing me without a doubt they could fix my phone. It took about 30 min for them to replace the screen and also assisted me in finding a case and glass screen cover for extra protection to ensure my phone would withstand the rigors the military and my career require. The staff is extremely professional, superior customer service, and knowledgeable in an array of technological aspects. Always great to support locally veteran owned businesses. Recommend this location and their new location in Shertz to anyone who needs their electronics fixed.

Found fix my phone while researching where to get a new screen for my iPhone when I found their location. The store was easy to find and very nice when I entered. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my screen within 30 minutes while I waited. I am extremely happy with their service and will be visiting again for any future iPhone breaks! Thanks for opening such a great store

I took my phone somewhere else and regret it!

I came in here to get my iPhone screen repaired, the guy working took the time to carefully inspect the phone and explain to me all the things that could be wrong with it. Gave me 3 solutions and pricing that depended on what was found when he opened it up. The worse case scenario was a screen replacement but he only had OEM screens for my phone and the price was higher than I wanted to pay (only because it was oem and I’m cheap) I took my phone to another repair place that had after market screens and they didn’t even give me options, the other place told me no matter what that screen needed to be replaced. I thought was kind of odd considering he only looked at it for a second, but the price was cheap so I went with it. My screen glitched and continued to glitch non stop within the same day. I took it back and they replaced it (again) and not only does it glitch but nothing fits on my screen, every time I call this other place they give me the run around.

When my 12 year old son came home with a cracked screen that was completely non functional, we drove over to Fix My Phone Plus in Cibolo. They offered a few different options for the screen and we went for the “mid level” replacement. They got it replaced in about 20 mins which was great.

The next day my son came home and pointed out what appeared to be a small crease in the screen (under the glass). It was hard to describe but definitely a defect. We brought it back and they replaced the screen no questions asked — again, in about 20 mins.

Great service! I’m super pleased with my decision to bring my device here and I’m thrilled that they stood behind their service. I’ll definitely come back here again.

I had never been here before but I figured I'd stop in as they were local and I needed my iPhone battery replaced badly. Joshua got it done in about 10 minutes while I waited for a great price. I will definitely use this place again and I highly recommend them!

My four month old English Bulldog got ahold of my IPhone and I needed a new screen protector and case! I use it a lot for work also! This is a new place so I thought I would check it out and they did not disappoint, fast turnaround time, professional installation and friendly staff!
