i cant not say enough great things about the staff and the way i was treated at the bank...Cory the manager is very kind and professional . I love how they treat me like family when i arrive there .

I have been doing business with woodforest for years and have been with this branch since moving into the area. Sakinah and her staff are fantastic and friendly and helpful. This is what small town banking should be like. They know my name when I walk in and I by no means go there every day. That's impressive. Definitely check out woodforest if the big banks are making your eyes shoot blood.

My bank for over 10 years. Have always been treated with respect from the people at the counter. Defenitely top notch.

I have my small business account with them for 4 years now.. I make deposits regularly but for some reason I have caught SEVERAL of their mistakes. Especially with the current manager who should consider some personal development.

They saw me standing and waiting and ignored me until they were done talking about what they did the night prior. The manager here is rude and I thInk I'll be pulling my banking from here shortly.

They don't give you correct information when you start bank account. They are sure quick to take the money for all there fees worse bank ever...
