I wish the owners (Discount Auto, in front of K & S) would allow him to hire a 3rd mechanic, because right now, they are losing alot of business due to overwhelm. Hey, the neighborhood is tripled!

K&S Automotive was able to work very quickly on replacing the idler arm and pittman arm same day!!! I was able to schedule this ahead of time, well in advance and was even prepared not to have my vehicle for several days. Of course, the good repair shops are always extremely busy, but I have been very pleased with the timing and the customer service, despite how busy they can get. Highly recommend!

Chris is by far the most honest and trustworthy mechanic I have ever met. Does it right the first time and doesn't try and do stuff that doesn't need to be done. Highly recommended to anyone.

We've been working with Chris for over 6 years now through multiple vehicles. Great guy, great mechanic, very professional, very honest, very thorough, very knowledgeable and very quick turnaround. Honors warranties, makes solid recommendations, knows the current status of most old and new vehicles and willing to explain things in simple terms....again great mechanic and great guy! Further, ignore any negative posts...these folks are always the outlier customer population that are rarely satisfied or genuinely understand what they're complaining about. Chris' shop is excellent!

Chris & team always do a thorough job and take care of their customers. Have had very good history in taking multiple cars to Chris. Most recently our Ford Escape which was having intermittent stalling issues in idle. Google research showed this was a common problem but one dealerships and other repair shops had a very difficult time accurately diagnosing. Chris examined the car a couple of times, all the while doing extensive research to ensure he had the best solution before deep diving into a repair. Once he felt he had the solution, he called to explain his plan and get my approval. We went ahead with it and so far the car has been performing perfectly. No issues whatsoever which makes me extremely pleased and much more comfortable with my family driving the car.

They are the most reasonable mechanic shop I ever been to Chris and his partner at the Shop are awesome guys I would recommend anybody to go to them they also worked on my mom's car as well but my neighbor told me about the guys his name is Raymond de la Garza his mom has been going there for years but that is the best automotive place I have ever been to since I've been in San Antonio out of the 20 years I put your name in there
