A truly excellent facility. It's impeccably clean and so well organized and well run by the outstanding team of Albert and Tyona. From day one Albert's advice was enormously helpful in enabling me to choose a unit that perfectly suits my needs. And on multiple instances since I've been so grateful for his thoughtfulness in helping me coordinate the occasional delivery, his friendliness, and just the overall professionalism with which he manages the place.

We went in to the site on Florida Ave to rent a second unit. David was terrific at helping us determine the correct size. Albert shared his advice and recommended a floor that would suit our needs. It was a great experience working with them.

I have used a number of storage companies--in the US and UK--and CubeSmart is by far the best. The facility is very inviting (no grim lighting or "Silence of the Lambs" vibe) with clean hallways and easy access. The customer service team is super nice too.

I was in desperate need of a box to fit an odd shaped pillow and found myself running around town until I found CubeSmart. Albert was fantastic! He helped me select an appropriate sized box without upselling me to a larger size and then went above and beyond by taping it up. All in all, a quick, affordable, and stress free process.

I have had an excellent experience at cube smart on Florida avenue NW. Agents were kind and always available to help. They answered my questions and gave me all the information I needed. Upon booking a unit they took my criteria into account and let me choose what worked best for me. I never had any issue when moving in, visiting and moving out. There was always space to park a car, and the place is kept clean and safe. Most importantly my stuff remained safe and in perfect condition. I’d go there again if I needed to.

Unfortunately, I have been a storage owner since 2002. Today is my 6th anniversary with Cube Smart and I have four units in three different locations. Today I met amazing Albert Charles, and he helped me organize, and consolidate, which is something I’ve been trying to do for years. Now I will be in two locations and have plans to be in one within three months. The service, the care, the kindness, and knowledge that he shared is heartwarming, invaluable, and helps my pocket greatly! I highly recommend Cube Smart especially the Florida Ave., Northwest location! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I came in to this location looking for some extra storage- the units were clean and an honest size. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was, Tyona an Tania took me around, we’re very knowledgeable about the offerings and gave me advice on how to best load and unload my storage unit! Albert was extremely fair and runs a tight ship. I have full trust that my stuff will be safe at this CubeSmart!

The service provided by the employees at the 1701 Florida Ave. NW. location in Washington DC was outstanding. They were professional and courteous and helpful throughout the process. They are a credit to your company, especially Albert, Tyona and David. I would recommend the company to a friend or colleague.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to have Jennifer assist me with my moving in and moving-out process. Beyond grateful for her service and just being an overall great person. Facility is easy to use and the parking lot is very helpful when the street is full.
