Excellent service! Completely satisfied with my phone order. I called Krystal's at 4 pm EST and told her what I needed and they made it happen flawlessly! Fast, professional and super friendly, most definitely will order from them again for my family's floral needs in the RGV!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Krystal's Flower Shop today in search of one of their promotional spring bouquets, only to find they were completely sold out. However, the owner went above and beyond by allowing me to take one that was on hold for another customer while she prepared another bouquet for them. Back on Jan. 22, 2022 for my mothers 60th birthday we ordered flowers from “From You flowers.com” in which I had no idea which local florist would handle the order. Unfortunately, it ended up being Allegros Flower shop. I was very disappointed as they got the entire order and delivery wrong, entirely. I was so upset that I called customer service and they provided me confirmation that i would get the same order delivered but by a different florist. After some thought, I decided to give this new florist a chance to make things better… well, that’s when Krystal’s flower shop came in to action. Not only did they exceed my expectations, they made mother so happy and full of tears on her 60th birthday! I was so impressed- that I decided to request Krystal’s Flower shop (from the previous online website) for my mom’s Valentines order. Although her Valentines flowers were absolutely gorgeous, they weren’t quite the same as what I had originally ordered (I was a little disappointed) as I trusted they would do great this time again. However, they accidentally delivered the wrong Valentines card and the bouquet was rather small in size. As soon as I called Krystal’s to let them know, they immediately apologized, upgraded my order and re-delivered to my mom in a timely and professional manner! I will forever continue to order flowers from here on out! Thank you so much Krystal’s Flower Shop for giving me yet another great experience, and for making such beautiful floral arrangements!

I couldn't find any flower shops opened in Harlingen seeing that it was Memorial Day, so I took a chance ordering an arrangement at this shop. It was so late and we were going to the funeral. Gorgeous arrangement sent for a Valentine's Day Birthday for my Grandma. It made her entire day she said. I love the variety of greenery chosen for the arrangement and the amount of wax flower was perfect. Somebody from the shop called after I set the order online, had great communication about delivery and other details. I appreciated how easy it was to order online as well. Will absolutely be using Krystal's again in the future. I know it was a busy weekend, but thank you so much for helping brighten up my Grandma's Birthday. From one florist to another, it really means a lot.
