I had an excellent experience here! There was barely any other customers here, the store is very well organized, very clean, and the employees are very friendly and attentive! I will definitely come here again next time I’m in the area!

Malcolm and Joseph always keep the bathrooms clean and are very pleasant. I Rideshare and since I’ve been coming the last few weeks, they have made my visit worth it. I only hate the slush machines do not work. Thank you Joseph and Malcolm. You guys are the best.

very chill cashier . i got a hot dog , a bag of chips a coke and a beer , he said i didnt have to pay lol

The staff is either rude or know where to be found. After making a cup of coffee to go I stood at the register for what seems to be a good 5 minutes before I can finally get someone to check me out. The lady at the Laredo taco seems a little upset when you ask her to make you a taco. I've gone there two times and the doors were locked with people in the store and they would not let me in along with four or five other customers waiting. They said go around to the back door, we did , it was locked . Came back to the front door and still locked and would not open the door. I work at Hobby airport and I was looking forward to having a 7-Eleven close by but I now drive down to the busy Bee on Howard instead for good food and service.

Customer service is non existent at this location. It’s really sad because this could be a nice store if they hired employees who actually wanted to work.

It’s freezing and they don’t even acknowledge my presence. Then as I take the picture l, they open the door to allow me in and advise they were getting the store ready. It’s 24 hours!!!

Just an additional update it’s 3/04/24 and I’m here at 7Eleven. At first we were all waiting outside as we saw the lady attendant playing on her phone in the back. I didn’t want to record it and just give them the benefit of the doubt. Well, I went back to my car and most people left. I see the attendant run to her car and bolt off in her Chrysler 300. I am not sure who does the hiring here, but these employees really don’t care about their jobs here.

Man I’m not gonna lie this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, only way I can leave a review. But if you wanna be stuck waiting to be checked out while all the staff gossips or chilling on their phones. DO NOT COME HERE. If you’re closed for any reason like talking to the police, THEN LOCK THE DOOR AND PUT A SIGN ON THE WINDOW. Don’t make eye contact with someone as you see them walking in,shopping and wait to tell them that you’re closed till they have all their items ready. This place was convenient for my drive to school, but I will go out of my way to avoid this store just for the snowball effect their staff has put on me.

Past 2 days I’ve been stopping here for a quick bite to eat (burritos,etc)and they seem to always run out or they just aren’t making any . I just want some damn burritos for the love of gawd .

I don't blame the cashier working trust seven eleven and cash app don't communicate to keep which locations you can deposit money to up to date.

However it is sketchy as hell to try and get someone to give you personally cash and cash app them back

I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE IN THE MORNING! Basic customer service non existent. Employees ignored countless potential customers with out so much as a glance in the direction of the locked doors. One employee was sitting less than 5 feet from the door and didn't even bother to acknowledge customer as they tried to enter the building. He was mistaken for a customer hiself because he was out of dress code and looked completely disheveled. The other employee walked around with headphones on and just completely refused to engage with customer at all despite them blatantly trying to get his attention through the glass doors. No signs were posted to indicate they would be operating outside of normal business hours and employees didn't bother to communicate it verbally, they just watched and ignored. This behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.

Don’t come here if u don’t wanna be treated as a theif they label everyone as such. Oh and if u wanna get disrespected this is the place for it. The black lady that has low cut and and works as a CASHIER is so rude it just doesn’t make any sense. As a cashier with 7 years experience customer service is the number one priority and this behavior shouldn’t be tolerated. I’m going to the extent with this and I hope it is dealt with immediately.

I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS STORE NOR PATRONIZE THE 711 BRAND STORES!!! (Even if I ran out of gas in 711 parking lotI would arrange a tow to get gas from another gas station brand.)

Saw this new location and came to fill up and thought I would do so I will go in and getting something drink and maybe a snack. I'm always a fan of new 7- Eleven gas stations but the lady refuse to let me in not because of anything bad. She says that they are closed. A small paper sign on the window at the door written in pen, maybe she doesn't feel safe because of the area. Why does it say Open 24hrs then. Maybe they need to hire on more person so she doesn't feel scared.
