Chase Bank

Nicholas Castillo was truly amazing in closing my Certificate of deposit at the Walnut chase bank branch. I wanted to know what interest rate and factors.
Jennifer Montoya greeted me at the branch but didn’t seem like she cared about my issues. Once I sat in the cubicle she kept checking on others customers rather than me . Very unprofessional behavior and I felt like she did not care about me as a client. I hope Jen changes and apologize to me for her actions. Josh, Sabina , Marcia Laura and Christina are top notch people at the branch. I wanted to voice my concerns about how I was treated by Jennifer Montoya hopefully she changed her way she treats customers in the future!

Been a Chase customer for years and relocated over here. I worked with Ivan M on my personal and business accounts and he was outstanding and a pleasure to work with! Thanks for being the best bank I have ever dealt with! Super friendly people and service!

Always friendly amd personalized service. For a large corporate bank such as banks go, i fi d that currently Chase is about the only bank that still has a heart left for people. They have thought out their services and mastered the art of delivering service!

Giving Jeff Burrier 5 stars for all of his help toward my wife today! He was kind and caring to a customer of 27 years that fell victim to fraud. Unlike the rude jerk Brian at the Hwy 46 location. Thank you, Jeff!

Branch manager came up and said,"hello" to me while I was waiting. Nice guy. No one talks to me at the San Antonio branch on Blanco and West Ave.

The absolute best customers service we have experienced at a bank. Brian and Mark are very involved with my Mistletoe business.

During the fight with my estranged wife (or just plain strange) Brian and Mark closed all my accounts and opened new accounts which was not an easy process. Estranged wife attempted may times to gain access to my funds and I was alerted by Brain and Mark.

The gentleman who helped me today, went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered. I had never been to this location before and didn’t know what to expect. I had exceptional service today, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Iv been banking with this bank and location for two tears now and have had absolutely no problems. Lorena martinez has been helpful every time I have had questions as well . Thanks chase bank !!! :)
