I don't think there are enough positive words to describe my experience with Melissa. She knew how picky I was and still didn't shy away. She showed me house after house and was always pleasant when I found the most miniscule things that somehow became deal breakers. She was always very accessible and accommodating to my requests. Soon after we put in our offer, we went out of town for a week-long vacation, but she didn't skip a beat. Despite our absence, she kept the process rolling during our option period. The day of closing, she surprised us with our first house warming present...a beautiful bromeliad and a fantastic basket full of our favorite things. Just an overall great person to work with... Dedicated, Responsive, Knowledgeable and Caring. What more can you ask for in an agent! I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
