Ideal Dental Cibolo

I was very happy with ideal dental. The staff was extremely friendly and had a big smile when I walked in. They were very flexible and helping me set up a payment plan. The dentist was very sweet and worked extra hard and long I’ll making sure he removed all of the bad tooth. He was very gentle Concerned about making sure his Patients were OK he kept asking me if I was OK. I heard him next To me with another patient explaining everything to her. They were very kid friendly as I had to have my two kids sit on the front. They offered them water and even offered to order pizza for me to Feed them while I was in the back. Awesome staff and dentist!!!!!!! The dentist call the next day to see how I was doing. I’m even changing my children Dentist to him.

Jalyn was a God send at calming my nerves for my emergency visit. For someone with extreme fear of the dentist, he kept me talking, explained everything we were doing and put my mind at ease.

Took my son in for exam for wisdom teeth. They went ahead and fit him in for a cleaning as well. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. There was no wait time in the waiting room and once in the chair the wait for the Dr. was minimal. Very informative Dentist and staff.

The current staff at Ideal dental in Cibolo are amazing! Each staff member from the Dentist to the front staff are respectful and kind. Thank you all for making a scary process great! Respectfully Santiago Delgado.

The staff is phenomenal. They were very patient with my situation. You can tell that they really care and are very detailed in the work that they do. Would recommend.

Had a great experience with Dr. Cha. It had been over a year since my last cleaning and I really appreciated how thorough the team was without shaming me because I hadn’t kept up with regular exams. I needed a deep clean and a couple of cavities filled. They were able to do it all during the same appointment which is a huge plus for me. Dr Cha was kind a made sure to explain everything as well as make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.

So I want to start off with I have ALWAYS been EXTREMELY nervous of the dental office, dental work etc. Like it's a severe phobia lol. Well ideal dental has officially made me not afraid. I had wisdom teeth pulled and I was not wanting to. They were so kind, informative and made my dental experience the best ever. I will definitely ONLY go to ideal dental for any future work with my teeth. Also there is no more pain I had anymore 🥹 thank you all so much! Thank you all for taking care of me knowing how nervous I was 🫶🏽

The Doctors and Staff at Ideal are Professional, Personable, Courteous, and Careing. The best Dental experience I have ever had has been at IDEAL DENTAL!

I came to the clinic because one of my crowns had fallen off. The service was great. However, I give this clinic a 5 star because few days later, the dentist, (a female - don't remember her name; Asian last name) call me to make sure her reseat of the crown was good. I was really pleasantly surprised by this, considering that most dentists and medical doctors don't do that anymore and really have bad customer service.

Wow truly impressed and amazed! I am terrified of dentist and needed to get my wisdom teeth out. Due to my fear of dentist I let it go on way to long and had extreme pain and infection. Vicky ,Marion, and DR Nagella were amazing when I tell you that my extractions were super fast and pain free I am not lying! I would 100% do it again If I had more wisdom teeth! Thank you so much for everything and with the treatment I received here I lost my fear to dentist!

I’ve always have great encounters with the staff. From the front to the back. If I have a question they take time to explain. I recently had surgery and was concerned about swelling I had. They got me in same day and seen me. Everyone is very pleasant. Great experience pricing also is great. Definitely would recommend this Dental office

I had a dental emergency and they were able to fit me in the next day. All of the staff was very courteous and friendly. They were very thorough and explained everything to me to where I understood and gave me options.

Love the office. Dr. Cha and dental assistant Marion very good work. Make you feel comfortable. Office Manager Kim very helpful and Kind. Everyone in the office is excellent. Very pleased to have found this office.

Great customer service, great scheduling, very pleasant, highly knowledge, friendly staff. Appointments are always on schedule. Cater tremendously to the needs of patients. Great on reminders of upcoming appointments. Highly recommended!
