Ida Nail of Southlake

I started coming here a few months ago and I must say the customer service is unmatched. The owners here really do care about their customers and that speaks volumes about the business. If something is wrong, they will fix it. No questions asked. They want to make sure that you leave happy which is very hard to find, especially in Southlake.
Ann has been EXCELLENT the last couple of times that I’ve done my dip powder. She is patient and pays attention to detail. She will ask you along the way if everything looks good, which again means she cares about her customers and the quality of her work. I will request her every time because she is awesome!
I’ve had a couple of pedicures here and they have been OK. I really care about the massage and the final product which is the polish at the end. I haven’t had the best experience so I will just ask for a different tech next time, but I will still give them five stars because of their quality of service is unbeatable.
Love this place and will continue to recommend them to others.

I personally prefer a complete soak off with dip. However they do a combo of drill/file and acetone wrap for removals.
They’re very clean! They were really nice, asked if I liked my nails along the way, had a great color selection. Will definitely come back!

12/23 Came back for a family pedicure with everyone in tow! They were super accommodating and got us all on the schedule together. My mom had such a great experience, and we were all super relaxed. Can’t wait to come back again!

Since moving to the area, I’ve struggled to find a good salon that still had reasonable prices. Ida Nails went above and beyond what I was looking for. They are a family owned business and extremely friendly. The quality of their service is great. I’ve had the pleasure of having Andy and Cindy do my dip nails. It turned out great every time. The salon is clean and does not reek of acetone like many other places. I will definitely be coming back here.

1000/10! IDA Nail is literally THE BEST place to get your nails done. Everyone is so kind, warm and welcoming. It’s small and personal and family-owned. They are so talented and professional. Andy and Cindy did a beautiful job with these smiley faces on my nails. I love coming here and would recommend it to anyone as the best nail place in Southlake!!

My first pedicure in Texas did not disappoint. Raymond was super sweet, the Sun Kissed Massage had orange scented oil, creams and even fresh oranges squeezed on my legs. The tray he brought out looked good enough to eat! The massage was very relaxing and even included a neck massage. Although it was advertised for 50 minutes, he spent over 1.5 hrs with me. The place was clean and obviously well sanitized. Highly recommend!!

First time visiting Ida Nail and I will definitely be back! The reviews I read were spot on. This salon has great prices, tons of colors and a plethora of services. My pedicure is beautiful and I got to sit and enjoy my choice of beverage along with it. The price is great and she took her time to make sure I got what I wanted. Thank you for the foot massage and great fall color!

The others reviews are right on point about this place. I live around Alliance, but I was in the neighborhood and decided to pay Ida's a visit. Kathy was my nail tech and she simply is a lovely soul with magic hands! It's definitely worth the drive for just her foot massage, which comes with the pedi. You will feel like a bowl of jello after she is done working on you. As I am a weightlifter, she gladly applied Medium-Firm pressure. In addition, she is pretty meticulous and takes pride in her work. My pedi came out beautifully. I was more than pleased with the service here and will come back again.

Update: my second time coming here and this place hands down is the best nail place in the West of Mid-Cities area. Their attention to detail and your comfort is evident from the time you enter their salon. I did not experience this in the other nail salons where I live. It's so worth the 25 min drive.

Almost 30 years of getting my nails down in various salons across the country’s. IDA Nails is simply the kindest, most talented artists. They listen and provide exactly what you desire!

Today was my first visit. I had read previous reviews about Ida and I was tired of the quality at the large salon that I had been going to near by. I was immediately welcomed, given a drink, and shown to a chair. I got a mani/pedi and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and expertise at the salon. I will definitely be back!

During the week of my best friend's wedding, we came here to get our nails done for the big day. I'm from out of town, but I saw they had great reviews. My expectations were definitely met - it was probably the best manicure I've ever gotten. And the bride's nails were perfect too. Great attention to detail and incredibly thorough. Loved the lotion gloves they use for gel manicures as well. More than a week later, my nails still look I just got them done! I'm sad this wonderful, family-run business isn't in my hometown.

I’ve tried dozens of nail salons in Southlake, Westlake, Grapevine and beyond, IDA is on a whole different playing field. Family owned and operated. Their level of customer service is excellent. Relaxing atmosphere, kind staff and the highest quality of service in town. I couldn’t recommend them enough; they’re my go-to. (And Ashley is the best of the best).

Andy and Cindy are just the sweetest people. I always have my nails done by Andy and will never go anywhere else. They will bend over backwards to make sure you're getting what you really want. The prices are great. I absolutely love my nails.

My very favorite nail place and I’ve tried many in the area! Cyndi, her husband and family all work in the salon and they are all so kind and very consistent with my nails. I always schedule an appointment and they get me right in!

This was my first time coming here, right when i walked through the door everyone had a friendly smile and i was quickly prompted to a seat. Andy did an amazing job on my nails and I’m pretty sure this will be my regular place to go to for now on. The prices are good, the atmosphere was relaxing, everything was clean and organized.

Ida Nails is by far the best nail salon I have ever gone to. I have been coming here for a year now, and they are consistently amazing. Always kind, attentive, and honest. Cindy usually does my nails, with the occasion when she is out, or I've brought her yet another crazy design I just have to have lol - then her husband Andy will also do my nails. I love the atmosphere, and I love that they make me feel so pampered when I'm there. For the record, I Pinterest way too much, and every time I've challenged Cindy & Andy to a design - they always do it so perfectly! The prices are great, the salon is clean, products and tools are always clean, and their employees are so kind.
I could rave forever about this salon, but I'll leave it at this - it is hard to find truly wonderful customer service and care and Andy & Cindy have nailed it!! (see what I did there?) Go to this salon, you won't be sorry - your nails will thank you.
