Dunkin'

My latte is always perfect but it’s the fantastic customer service lately that has me leaving this review. I’m not sure who hired the gentleman that has served me the last two times but kiddos to you. I had almost quit coming due to a few rude female works in the past. Keep up the good work Opelika Dunkin. You rock!

The two ladies who helped me figure out exactly what coffee suited my dietary restrictions and went above and beyond!!! Because of them I will be coming back for every one of my daughters appointments out here, im so sorry I didn’t get more names one lady was blonde one had brown short hair,

The food and coffee here is wonderful! The service, well that could be better. Seems like no one there wanted to take our order until I said something to one them. The Atmosphere, well I've been in cleaner rest rooms at a truck stop. The place was so dirty we thought of going somewhere else but the Grandkids wanted doughnuts and since we were traveling, we ordered.

I took my son in because he'd had a rough day at school and the employees took SUCH good care of him and were so sweet it made his day (and mine.) Thank you for such great, personal service, it's very much appreciated.

We go almost daily and only to this store. They are fast, friendly, and make a great coffee

my friend and i spoke with tammie, literally the best customer service i’ve experienced, she greeted me with a smile and made great small talk while making my drink, she made me the tammie special, 10/10 recommend

This place is amazing . i love the staff has my order correct everytime. And delicious food and clean welcoming atmosphere. They decorated for valentines day.. So cute

I come through the drive-thru every morning after work, at 6:00am, to get my wife her coffee and apple fritter. They’re always sweet to me and treat me like family. They’re always trying hard, and that’s all I could ever ask for. ❤

I go here rather often. This morning things were a bit off but after paying for a number of one item and finding out they only had so many, they let me get 2 orders of another thing to make up for it. The staff is super friendly 90% of the time and they do their best to get things right. I'd rather go see them every morning than deal with the snoody folks at SB. Good people and good stuff for reasonable prices.

First time visiting the store cashier was polite, The glaze donut taste good, I will be going back. Inside get your order quick, but drive through longer wait.
You must have exact change, don't give back change.

My go-to place for hot coffee. Their signature lattes are amazing. Must try caramel craze and cocoa mocha. Also, their hash browns are the best.

Went thru drive. Excellent service

Delicious! It's was an incredible experience to enjoy while on my road trip from Tennessee. I'll definitely return whenever possible.

Since this location opened a few years ago we’ve encountered very rude service along with long wait times and incorrect food/coffee orders....but we love the coffee so much it didn’t deter us from visiting. As of recent though, the employees have been very friendly and upbeat- eager to accommodate and always accurate orders.

Not supplied with product. Nobody working inside for two months. Coffee has been tasting very bad. No good coffees makers. Manager is very rude and publicly taken about other employees 🙄. Not been back for over two weeks, was a daily customer.

Dunkin is a part of my routine in the mornings. The ladies in the morning are so friendly and with busy lines most mornings they take it in stride. This morning the lady with the braids was AMAZING! I'm horrible with names and never remember hers. May she know how great she is and how she makes my mornings start off on the foot.

Love this place. Great service and coffee, so good I come by everyday.
Edit: 07/04/22 This place needs to start paying its employees well because they have lost nearly ALL of their staff to the point they can't hold on to anyone and the level competence is very low

Im unfortunately not a fan of Dunkin Donuts anymore. Their donuts arent how they used to be in the 90's and somewhere in the last couple of years, they got rid of the bowtie. The last great donut.... sigh. but putting how they taste aside this particular location is very good. Great staff. And the people i got the Donuts for all agreed they were very fresh. So yay.

On particular worker there is absolutely wonderful! She is by far my favorite. She makes the drinks absolutely perfect. Fit to order. Her politeness is great and she makes every single customer feel welcome. Kierstan is definitely my favorite.
