I bought my first Charix several years ago and just received pair #11. Once I figured out my size, every pair has been a perfect fit.
I have issues resulting from a severely fractured tibia, a torn ACL on the “good” leg and to top it off, a bunion.
My Charix have been amazing- the only shoes that I can wear daily without pain or hobbling. I rarely use my car where I live and these shoes have also taken me on vacations, walking miles on all types of surfaces, including wet cobblestones.
Aside from being comfortable and practical, they are also super cute. I love not having to sacrifice style for function!
Finally, the customer service is efficient, responsive and helpful! Thank you team Charix for these fabulous shoes!

What great SOCKS! Another HOME RUN for Charix! Your socks are FABULOUS! Totally AMAZING ! I have no arch….totally flat feet, and these socks actually make my feet feel invigorated! My arch actually feels supported too! They wash and wear like a dream! I didn’t think anything could make my feet feel as good as your shoes but these socks equal them in comfort and top notch quality. I didn’t think a sock could make such a difference, but this one sure does! They are the Best! I can now wear my Charix shoes in the cold Connecticut weather! (And I have 7 pair to wear!!) Thank you for the top quality in all of your products! I love them!

Having just received the exciting news that my second pair of Charix shoes are on their way, I just wanted to take the time to THANK CHARIX for such a well made, quality shoe that makes it feel like you are walking on clouds. Next up - blue for Spring. Your shoes are worth every penny - my first pair is over a year old and they are holding up beautifully. I wear them at least twice a week.

I have 3 pair of Charix shoes---Camel, Bordeaux and Ultimate Gray. I will be ordering a black pair and my wardrobe will be complete. Perfect for travel..easy to pack, go with everything and are very, very comfortable. I highly recommend! I look at this as an investment in my feet--they are that comfortable--no break in period! Amazing shoes! I hiked Cinque Terre Italy in them! Basically didn’t take them off the entire time we were in Italy and we walked for miles every day! They get better the more you wear them! Can’t wait to purchase another pair!

Saw these lovely shoes advertised on YouTube, Something was mentioned about them being comfortable right out of the box. Immediately ordered a pair. Unfortunately, first time I wore them (for a couple hours), I ended up with a blister on my pinky toe.😳 I'm diabetic, so this took quite a long time to heal.

I contacted Customer Service and was told to try wearing them with socks once my toe healed, which I did. After a couple days with socks, I'm using them barefooted again and absolutely love them! They're super comfortable now, and they look great.

I'd suggest not trying to wear them for a long time right out of the box. But hang in there, you won't be disappointed.

Best shoes on my feet for along time. They feel the way shoes used to feel. They don't fight the shape of my feet. They fit like a fine leather glove. Leather is high quality. I plan to order more.

Love these shoes. Great colors, comfortable right out of the box. This company has the best customer service. I have 2 pair and am getting ready to order 2 more. I want to wear them all of the time. They have nice style that can be dressed up of worn with jeans. I travel a lot and these are the perfect shoes!!!

I have wide feet but have had no difficulty finding a fit. They’re much more comfortable than other, comparatively-priced, trendy flats advertised on social media. (It’s probably the insole.)

Customer service has been spot-on, letting me know when colors I sought were finally available in my size. This is a good, basic-in-the-best-way shoe that can be dresses up or down. I’m planning to put more than a few miles on them during an upcoming European trip.

Phenomenal shoe. Got a pair for a trip around Europe and I must say the build quality and comfort is top notch. They survived 3 months of non stop walking and the craziest part is… they still smell like leather. That being said they do stretch a little bit but that’s a given since it’s a leather shoe. So it shapes to your foot, which makes them very comfortable. They look and feel great. I’m picking up another pair for myself and one for my mother tomorrow!

I've ordered 2 pairs of Charix shoes, an antique pink pair of shoes and a light brown (safari) pair of mules. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding! Genuine 100% leather shoes are hard to find! The pink shoes took a little breaking in but they have molded to my feet and are more comfortable with every wear. They actually "look" like my feet already as I have a toe that sticks up a bit. The mules were perfect right out of the box! Super comfortable! I will definitely be a repeat customer. The customer services is also top notch. My email was answered by the owner! You won't be disappointed by these cute, classic, comfortable and versatile shoes. I happily highly recommend them!

Charix shoes really live up to their reviews - the quality, fit, comfort and colors are superb. Charix were comfortable straight out of the box and I can't say enough about how great they feel even after wearing them all day. The memory foam insole is a game changer. In addition, when I had a slight shipping issue they responded quickly and ensured that I had my shoes in time for an upcoming trip. The leather is a great quality and saturated with color. These will be my "go to" flats and I've already ordered another pair.

I love these shoes. I have four pairs, and my wife has three. I wear a pair of mine almost every day. The concept and the execution of the design are both brilliant. They move effortlessly from poolside to office. They are even remarkably durable. All sorts of people tell me that they love them, and ask me where I got them.

I ordered the shoes on line. I love them. They are incredibly comfortable and make a great addition to so many outfits. The customer service at Charix excels. 100% responsive to every detail, you feel as though you have a personal connection. I was worried the first pair I selected was slightly loose, they explained the difference in leathers and sent me two pairs free of charge so that I could find the perfect fit. I had challenges with the return shipping and the customer service team walked me through that process as well. I definitely recommend the shoes and the business.

I had some size issues with their shoes and since I was going to be in Washington DC I asked if I could come by their warehouse and get the correct size. Every conversation that I had over the phone was friendly and wonderfully welcoming. When I arrived with my sister-in-law to the warehouse I was greeted and treated like royalty. It was such a positive experience. I love their shoes and my sister-in-law ended up purchasing a pair as well. I recommend the shoes highly.

Just received my 1st pair - black and white- in my normal size 7. They are gorgeous and fit like a glove. Plus the customer service is exemplary - fast and courteous responses to my questions. I did lots of research for travel shoes and am delighted with Charix! Definitely worth the investment.

I recently had an opportunity to be in Washington, DC, where I was warmly greeted at the Charix showroom. There, I tried on numerous shoes to determine my correct size and left with three pair. One pair was worn almost exclusively on a recent trip to Spain and Portugal that required lots of walking on hilly cobblestone streets. My Charix did not disappoint. They truly are very comfortable.

These are the BEST shoes I have purchased. True to size, and comfortable right out of the box. I wear them with any outfit. Truly love them… I have 5 pairs!

I love my Charix and when I accidentally left them out in the rain, or rather was surprised by the rain, and they got completely soaked, I feared for them. Helpfully customer service recommended a leather treatment for them when dry. Very caring, customer service checked back to see how my shoes were! After three days my shoes were dry and after applying Leather Honey they are just fine. Charix shoes are a quality product. I might have to buy another pair to keep my first pair company.

Charix shoes are amazing. Great comfort and style, highly crafted with good support. I bought in two colors (Bordeaux and Yellow)!! Best of all, they have amazing customer service. I had some questions about fit (due to extensive foot surgery) and they have accommodated me at every turn! It is rare to find this quality of customer service these days. Well done Charix!
